Great central location for walking. Enjoyed the tour boat ride. Plenty of great options close by for dining. Shared bath was clean and not an inconvenience. Hotel staff was a bit snobby. We would have appreciated a reminder at check-in that the buffet breakfast was included in the cost of the room and would have used that instead of leaving the premises each morning. Staff did not respond to e-mail request through booking.com to confirm that we had reserved the appropriate room for the number of guests in our party.

Enjoyed the balcony looking over the square. Hostel like setting in the Dependance,shared bathrooms, with ecoing hallways - a bit noisy. No refreshments in the rooms.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Man ist sofort mitten in Locarno. Auch der Service am Morgenessen war spitze. Leider hatten wir ein eiskaltes Zimmer, trotz Heizung brachten wir die Temeperatur nicht über 15 Grad, die Kinder mussten bei uns schlafen, da es so kalte war! Am Schluss haben wir einen höheren Preis bezahlt als bei der Buchung angegeben worden ist, leider konnte niemand deutsch und so haben wir dies bezahlt! Schade.

Sa situation sur la Piazza Grande. La salle du petit déjeuner qui d'ailleurs était très copieux. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec salle de bain commune (par inadvertence et avons demandé une chambre avec salle de bain par la suite.Chambre n°70 vieillotte, mal chauffée a cause des fenêtres qui isolaient mal du froid, courant'd'air.

Sehr gutes Prei-/Leistungsangebot an bester Lage, an ruhiger "Zimmerlage" mit Aussicht auf einen kleinen Park. Betten bequem und alles elektrische funktionierte einwandfrei. Nur mein Zimmerkollege sägte die ganze Nacht eine lange Allee in Kleinholz. Gut hatte ich Ohropax dabei. Für diesen Preis nichts zu bemängeln.

Zentrale Lage & nähe zur Tiefgarage Hüten Sie sich vor Zimmer Nr. 42!!!! Ebensogut können Sie im Schlafsack auf der Piazza Grande, oder unter der Flutlichtanlage des Stadion Cornaredo schlafen! Zimmer kann nicht mit Vorhängen abgedunkelt werden, direkt vor dem Grossen Fenster hängen 2 Strassenlampen. Die Fenster sind reine Deko und halten ungefähr soviel Lärm ab wie ein Sieb Wasser!
