The location was good. the staff was friendly and helpful. The meal at the restaurant was excellent. facilities should be a bit more renovated. |

Everything was exactly as advertised and it really punched above its weight for a two star hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room spacious and clean, the bathroom likewise with a full size bath. Breakfast was an excellent buffet with plenty of cheeses, breads, cereals etc and once again very friendly staff. The clothes airer on the balcony was a nice touch for drying swimming gear after a trip to the Burgerbad Spa (well worth a visit). Can't fault it. |

La cosa che ho apprezzato di più è l'indipendenza data dalla posibilità di entrare e uscire all'ora desiderata, il servizio colazione adeguato e di buona qualità e l'orario a disposizione per usufruirne. |

La chambre familiale très spacieuse (un salon avec deux lits armoire et une chambre avec un grand lit) avec de la literie de bonne qualité. De plus il y avait un coin cuisine et une salle de bains et WC séparé. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux. La chambre était surchauffée (problème de réglage de début de saison de chauffage?) et pas de radiateur à régler (chauffage au sol). |

Für Familien praktisch, da Kochgelegenheit besteht im Appartment. Die Einrichtung und Teppiche in unserem Familienzimmer waren schmuddelig. Fleck auf Couch, Esstisch mit vielen Farbschäden, etc. Teppiche mit vielen Flecken, etc. |

Nous n'y avons dormi qu'une nuit en chambre à 4 lits pour famille. La chambre était spacieuse, boisée, ce qui la rendait accueillante. Le buffet du petit déj. éTait vraiment parfait et généreux Seulement la pièce douche/WC qui manquait de barres pour mettre linges et habits. Pour un séjour de 4 personnes durant la saison de ski, la pièce manquerait de porte-habits pour faire sécher les habits de ski ou autres. Ce n'est pas primordial, mais important tout de même pour le confort. |

La comodità sia rispetto agli impianti termali che rispetto agli impianti di risalita, il comfort della camera, la cortesia del personale e l'ottima cucina. Avevamo prenotato solo con la prima colazione inclusa, ma poi abbiamo mangiato sempre in hotel perchè la cucina era veramente curata. Per mangiare bisogna aspettare un pò, forse prorpio perchè essendo cucina di qualità c'è molta cura, ma l'attesa è stata compensata dalla bontà delle pietanze. |

Correspond à 100% à la description de l'établissement sur le site internet - parfait pour un hôtel 2 étoiles, proximité à tous les équipements du village (Gemmibahn, les 2 Thermes wellness) pas besoin de se déplacer en voiture au village, parking disponible dans l'hôtel |
