Vistas perfectas y localización muy céntrica. El recepcionista de origen leonés fue muy atento y nos ayudó mucho. Una de las camareras era de origen iberoamericano y fue muy amable. No sé como se podía evitar, pero en el desayuno en la terraza con vistas al rio, las avispas no te dejan comer tranquila. Dentro de la sala también entraban. |

El trato en recepción es muy frio e incluso maleducado. Habitación muy calurosa sin aire acondicionado. Habitación llena de insectos. Habitación muy ruidosa. No hay habitaciones sin moquetas y nosotros somor alégicos. |

The room was lovely with a new ensuite and a big balcony looking towards the ancient city and its old towers. A front view room would have been incredible as the hotel offers a magnificent view of the mountains, river and lake. The continental buffet breakfast was great, and you could walk everywhere (only a couple of minutes walk from the train station) nothing, would definately stay here again |

Great place, great location, great room, great breakfast, helpful & courteous staff. All around a great place to stay - if you can spend the extra few francs and get a riverview room, we will next time. |

Hotel staff's honesty. I appreciated hotel staff especially a front cashier/receptionist. I left my purse at front desk when checked out, but hotel staff kept it and returned to me. At that time I still did not know I left my purse there. room very small, not clean & not comfortable, not value to stay, room rate was expensive and could not compare with other hotels in the same area. Some 4 stars hotel is cheaper than this hotel. |

The location. It was the worst hotel I have stayed in. It had no air conditioning and zou had to leave the windows open and there was so much noise from the fountain and the people you could not sleep. It also had no parking and I had to pay 50 francs for two days. Would not recommend it to anyone |

The location was excellent! The room was clean, comfort and in a normal size. The price was ok too Internet should be free. The woman at the reception was very unfriendly. The room was available only from 14:00 - this is a bit late compared to other hotels which I visited |
