Hotel Des Alpes

Sijainti kaupungin keskustassa, vanhassakaupungissa. Näkymä hotellista ja hotellin ravintolasta joelle ja siinä olevalle vanhalle puusillalle on tosi upea. Huone asiallinen. Henkilökunta asiallista, kohteliasta..

The room was lovely with a new ensuite and a big balcony looking towards the ancient city and its old towers. A front view room would have been incredible as the hotel offers a magnificent view of the mountains, river and lake. The continental buffet breakfast was great, and you could walk everywhere (only a couple of minutes walk from the train station)

Hotel staff's honesty. I appreciated hotel staff especially a front cashier/receptionist. I left my purse at front desk when checked out, but hotel staff kept it and returned to me. At that time I still did not know I left my purse there.

room very small, not clean & not comfortable, not value to stay, room rate was expensive and could not compare with other hotels in the same area. Some 4 stars hotel is cheaper than this hotel.

The location.

It was the worst hotel I have stayed in. It had no air conditioning and zou had to leave the windows open and there was so much noise from the fountain and the people you could not sleep. It also had no parking and I had to pay 50 francs for two days. Would not recommend it to anyone

Riverside room with balcony,spectacular view of alps and lake. Walking distance to all city sights.Comfortable and clean. Many nearby restaurants. Close to central station.

Location was close to the train station.

Rooms a bit small

Excellent location but the staff can be a bit stiff.

Location of the hotel is fantastic.

Our room was on the 5th floor, and we had a lovely balcony with a view of the river. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good.

This was the only hotel we stayed in on our two-week trip to Switzerland that did not allow us to check in early. We only arrived a half-hour before check-in time and were not able to go to our room until 2 o'clock. Fortunately this was not the hotel we stayed in right after our transatlantic flight.
