Nära tågstationen och boende i gamla staden, så nära till allt sevärt i Luzerna. Härlig utsikt från rummet (om man bor mot vattensidan) och från frukostrummet. |

Hotellet ligger väldigt bra till, med närhet till allt var staden har att erbjuda. Också nära till kongresscenter. Jag hade ett ljust rum med väldigt fin utsikt. Incheckningen ligger ganska sent på dagen, man har tillträde till sitt rum först kl 14 på eftermiddagen. |

The room was lovely with a new ensuite and a big balcony looking towards the ancient city and its old towers. A front view room would have been incredible as the hotel offers a magnificent view of the mountains, river and lake. The continental buffet breakfast was great, and you could walk everywhere (only a couple of minutes walk from the train station) nothing, would definately stay here again |

Great place, great location, great room, great breakfast, helpful & courteous staff. All around a great place to stay - if you can spend the extra few francs and get a riverview room, we will next time. |

Hotel staff's honesty. I appreciated hotel staff especially a front cashier/receptionist. I left my purse at front desk when checked out, but hotel staff kept it and returned to me. At that time I still did not know I left my purse there. room very small, not clean & not comfortable, not value to stay, room rate was expensive and could not compare with other hotels in the same area. Some 4 stars hotel is cheaper than this hotel. |

location, checking out noise, service, bed, tv, breakfast, staff, no parking, no facility to sit (no balcony or ability to use the tables overlooking the river), having to exchange key every time before and after leaving hotel, room needs seve updating, |

We opted for the triple room ( a little more money) and it was well worth it.The view from our double size terrace over the river was absolutely once in a lifetime. |

The location. It was the worst hotel I have stayed in. It had no air conditioning and zou had to leave the windows open and there was so much noise from the fountain and the people you could not sleep. It also had no parking and I had to pay 50 francs for two days. Would not recommend it to anyone |

Excellent location We could see the splendid Chapel Bridge & the Luzern Station from our room. Room was Clean & even small things were well placed. Reception Staff need to be more friendly |

The location was excellent! The room was clean, comfort and in a normal size. The price was ok too Internet should be free. The woman at the reception was very unfriendly. The room was available only from 14:00 - this is a bit late compared to other hotels which I visited |

Our room was on the 5th floor, and we had a lovely balcony with a view of the river. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good. This was the only hotel we stayed in on our two-week trip to Switzerland that did not allow us to check in early. We only arrived a half-hour before check-in time and were not able to go to our room until 2 o'clock. Fortunately this was not the hotel we stayed in right after our transatlantic flight. |
