Good service by staff generally Staff tend to open and enter guest's room by themselves after knock only once on the door. Does not wait for reply by guest. Quite shocking to have hotel staff enter the room when the guest is in the room. |

5* Opulence at its best. The most beautiful views of the lake and moutains from the terrace. Wonderful spa facilities. Heaven! Switzerland is known to be expensive, however you really do need a full wallet to eat at the hotel restaurant! |

The service was excellent. We were given great directions to the sites and locations that we were interested in visiting. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. We will definitely return. |

The Spa and the magnificent terrace, the professionality and friendliness of the staff, the site which is gorgeous and very well refurbished (not overdone) The food could be a lot better in such a hotel, it doesn't live up to the surroundings... |

All you can expect from a mini-Palace and 5 stars service. Upon arrival, our room has been upgraded to a suite, a very pleasant surprise indeed! Valet car park, a glass of champagne on arrival, nice pool, spa gym facilities and a smashing view on the lake from our private balcony (to be ordered at booking) ... Despite the price, I will certainly go back. Highly recommended for relaxing stay! |

Maybe some weighter could be more service minded when one would like to have a table outside. There was no reason to not give a table outside, because about 7 tables stayed empty that evening. Weighter sais that it was not possible outside. An other weighter saw no problem and gave us a table outside... |

das personal ist sehr freundlich,das hotel sehr luxuriös, es gibt eine schön grosse terrasse zum see, der innenpool ist sehr gross und sehr gepflegt und die aussicht aus den zimmer ist spektakulär obwohl ich die schweizer preise gewöhnt bin fand ich es sehr teuer, bei den zimmerpreisen müssten mineral usw in der minibar inclusive sein, einiges wird als service geboten(zeitungen) erscheint dann aber doch auf der rechnung und die zimmer speziell die polster und böden müssen renoviert werden |

Preis Leistung waren angemessen das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Sehr schönes Schwimmbad, mit Sauna. Zimmer sauber und gemütlich. Frühstück war eher französisch gehalten. |
