Always a pleasure to stay at the Trois Couronnes. The staff are excellent and pleasant. The grandeur of the hotel is still a huge plus. A bit faded in places.

Good building, in good repair well maintained. Easy parking , good spa fab pool but lighting poor in all spa areas visited. Service for food was in our case really bad. One of our meals was served cold , I we sent it back the waitress did not understand that we wanted it back by this time my meal was getting cold, then my wife`s original meal arrived after I had eaten, not good for our wedding anniversary meal ! I also object to being charged for parking outside in front of the hotel how else am I supposed to get there?

I had a junior suite overlooking the lake, the view was wonderful. Great service, perfect location. Too bad the hotel doesn't have an outdoor pool - otherwise the pool itself is very nice!

Un bel établissement avec des personnels disponibles et souriants. Dommage qu'il faille payer le parking de l'Hôtel ??? Un manque de clarté sur la notion de demi pension où il est noté 75 Fr Suisse incluant PDJ et un des 2 repas sur leur site. Arrivés sur place, c'est 75 Fr Suisse le repas + 40 Fr Suisse le Petit déjeuner !! soit 115 Fr Suisse par personne et par jour....Un peu décontenancés tout de même !

Une service dédié à la personne quasi-parfait: un grand merci au night audit pour son assistance (convertisseur électrique, chargeur de téléphone). Une réponse à tout La chambre était parfaite, très bien tenue et préparée pour la nuit durant mon absence. La piscine est parfaite pour faire des longueurs. Hammam et jaccuzzi pour ceux qui aiment. Bar très bien pourvu même si je n'ai pris qu'un cocktail sans accool. Le restaurant: magnifique de par sa vue, excellent de par les plats qu'il propose. Quand au petit-déjeuner... humm Mon seul regret a été de ne pas pouvoir bénéficier des services de massage en raison de mon horaire de travail. Après 18h il ne faut pas y compter.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis katastrophal.Die Spülung der Toilette funktionierte eine ganze Nacht nicht.Auf meine Intervention wurde ich auf den nächsten Tag vertröstet aber zur verreinbarten Zeit um 09.00 Uhr kam niemand. Habe Brief an Hotel direkt geschrieben und habe einen Refund von chf 150.-- beantragt sonst werde ich rechtliche Schritte einleiten.Die Preise im Rest. Wo ich gegessen habe astronomisch und nicht gerecht auf Grund der sehr kleinen Portionen die serviert wurden. Dieses Hotel werde ich nie und nimmer empfehlen.Kurz: sehr schlecht und verdient keine 5 Sterne.Gruss Andreas

Un superbe palace à l'ambiance intemporelle loin du bling bling et de la vulgarité de Montreux. Belle piscine intérieure, personnel avenant, vue magnifique. Le petit déjeuner en supplément vu le prix de la chambre c'est un peu exagérer, idem pour le parking

La situation exceptionnelle de l'hôtel dans un calme parfait (la circulation est interdite au bord du lac devant l'hôtel) / le fabuleux hall, l'architecture du bâtiment. Le comportement non professionnel de certains membres du personnel de service en salle : pas de nature à gacher un séjour mais quand même à peser dans la balance quant au choix d'un palace sur la Riviera.

No cobraban parking, nos llevaron 1 botella de vino blanco al hielo, frutas y masas, todo como recibimiento. El personal, muy agradable y simpatico. La piscina xa los q kes gusta nadar es increible!!! Se desconectaba muy facilmente la red, no se xq, habia q estar reescribiendo un codigo q te daban como de 12 letras y el password

Leider war unser Zimmer total verhängt, also nichts mit Berg und Seensicht, obwohl angegeben wurde das es lediglich im Eingangsbereich vormittags Renovierungsarbeiten gibt. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht Nachvollziehbar.
