Very good facilities and excellent spa. Felt very safe as was travelling alone. Excellent food and very good service. Was very expensive and didn't offer terribly extensive menu in dining room. |

We loved our stay through and through. Unfortunately, it was only one night which was a treat for us. Ambiance, service, food and location were absolute outstanding. The breakfast out of this world. Individual menu items and services were a bit dear for my liking but I guess this is what you have to put up with in this sort of category. |

Exceptional attention to detail. You only had to look at a steward for him/her to come to you. All requests were promptly attended to. The old wing needs refurbishment in common areas like carpeting, wall finishing etc. The rooms in the new wing were very good. |

Good service by staff generally Staff tend to open and enter guest's room by themselves after knock only once on the door. Does not wait for reply by guest. Quite shocking to have hotel staff enter the room when the guest is in the room. |

5* Opulence at its best. The most beautiful views of the lake and moutains from the terrace. Wonderful spa facilities. Heaven! Switzerland is known to be expensive, however you really do need a full wallet to eat at the hotel restaurant! |

Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité du personnel de l'hôtel à notre égard, notamment leurs bons conseils en matière de visite des alentours. Le Spa Lounge est un endroit magique. La chambre est très belle. Nous avions le coktail parfait pour passer un séjour romantique. |

если честно, то понравилось абсолютно все. и спа и персонал и номера. все свежо и квалитетно. персонал очень отзывчивый. бассейн и сауны великолепные. думаю, что не погрешу против истины, если скажу, что это лучший отель на побережье женевского озера. |

un hotel excelente , inagurado este mismo año , con unas habitaciones preciosas y que deja muchas ganas de volver , también el personal y principalmente la señorita de recepción que hablaba español y nos atendió muy bien que al ser tan nuevo todavia no funcionaba el restaurante y habia poco para escojer en la cena |
