Very good facilities and excellent spa. Felt very safe as was travelling alone. Excellent food and very good service. Was very expensive and didn't offer terribly extensive menu in dining room. |

We loved our stay through and through. Unfortunately, it was only one night which was a treat for us. Ambiance, service, food and location were absolute outstanding. The breakfast out of this world. Individual menu items and services were a bit dear for my liking but I guess this is what you have to put up with in this sort of category. |

Exceptional attention to detail. You only had to look at a steward for him/her to come to you. All requests were promptly attended to. The old wing needs refurbishment in common areas like carpeting, wall finishing etc. The rooms in the new wing were very good. |

Good service by staff generally Staff tend to open and enter guest's room by themselves after knock only once on the door. Does not wait for reply by guest. Quite shocking to have hotel staff enter the room when the guest is in the room. |

5* Opulence at its best. The most beautiful views of the lake and moutains from the terrace. Wonderful spa facilities. Heaven! Switzerland is known to be expensive, however you really do need a full wallet to eat at the hotel restaurant! |
