The room size is ideal. The resturant and the bar is very good. Our room is a city view room. Unfortunately, there is a working site nearby. They start working at 6am in the morning. |

The location of the hotel is excellent. Otherwise it was overpriced for the room and service. The breakfast was not included in the very high room rate. |

Fabulous location. Room decoration lovely (although room a bit small, understandable in centrally located historic building). Very friendly and helpful staff. The terrace is great for breakfast. You can walk there in 5 mins from the station. I recommend getting a room with a balcony on the 'lake' side as the views are beautiful. No issues. |

small but nice room; neat, well equipped. we stayed in 5th floor. we could see beautiful Luzern city and river. restaurant staff is bad. unfriendly and impolite. we used there for breakfast. it looked buffet style; everyone walks from their tables to pick up dishes, so we followed them. but waitress suddenly got upset, and strated yelling to us. we are so embarassed. if we had any misunderstanding, i hoped she would correct us politely and quietly. i don't recommend this restaurant to international travellers like us. |

Gorgeous hotel. Our room was a River View with a balcony which was very picturesque. No air con though in bedrooms and it was very hot. Only a small fan was supplied which didn't really help much! Restaurant was great too. As the weather was nice we dined on the Terrace overlooking the river. Valet parking too which was a bonus! |

It is central,and yet beautiful,ie. on the river . It is easy to be able to return to the hotel during the day if required. The station and piers are close by ,offering good trips. Very good shopping. The lounge wasn't very inviting, had to always use the bar. defintely not a family hotel/. |

The room, a suite, was very nicely decorated, end very well equiped with whirpool sauna etc. And it was good value for money compared to other hotels. Breakfast quite rich. |

Excellent location, loved being able to go out on the balcony and watch the scene outside, many thoughtful amenities (e.g. adaptor kit in the room), nice quality furnishing, helpful staff willing to answer questions, offer advice, make reservations or whatever was needed. |

The breakfast is super and of course the venue and scenery are brilliant. At 6.30 h the bells of the church close by are started. When you sleep with the window opened, you are awake. Eardops won't help ;-) |

We were travelling with a young baby and a travel cot was provided for us. The rooms were clean and comfatable and we were also upgraded froma city view to a lake view which was fabulous. The breakfasts were fantastic, although a little expensive as is everything in Switzerland. We also ate in the restaurant at night and the food was amazing!! The bedrooms were too warm and there was no air conditioning |

I booked the suite so it is very comfortable and relaxing. a very special design of the room unlike other hotel and the particular view outside the balcony which I enjoyed very much. the hotel staff is a bit "rude". I want some laundry on the easter day but one of the hotel staffs said impossbile due to holiday. however, when I checked with other staff again later and she said can do it in the hotel. I ordered some inroom breakfast one morning but they just gave me a pot of hot water but no tea. when I called them to report the case, she sounds not happy and not even a "sorry" or "apolos" when she brought back the tea. |
