駅から近く、バルコニーからはカペル橋やローヌ川の美しい眺めが楽しめました。ホテルの方の接客も丁寧で、- 心地よく滞在できました。

I loved the quiet rooms and privacy... Also having access to fresh air and beautiful panoramic scenery from the balcony. I love the old town location. In old town, you can find speciatly stores, restaurants and bakeries in every nook and cranny of the lovely cobblestone section of the city. I would definitely stay here again. The restaurant/bar has excellent food, wait staff and atmosphere. It is an 8 minute walk to the train station and the kkl.

Excellent location - 5-7 minutes by walk from railway station, professional friendly staff, fabulous views on the river and Alpes from the room with river-view option, modern design room.

The staff was amazing. We were greeted very nicely and given alot of useful information about the town. Very nice to have a complimentary drink after a long day traveling! Rooms very nice, not once were we interupted by cleaning staff, but when we returned to our room it seemed as if everything was checked up on. Excellent place and location. We were traveling by train and it was just a few minutes walk, easy to find.

A little difficult to find ... but once you're there: "What's not to love!?"

Superb location.We had lake view room,simply stunning.

The junior suite design was so nice, with the balcony facing the lake. The hotel is located in the old town part of the city, where cars are not allowed, which made it very quite and comfortable.

First of all, its location can't be beat. Then, the property contains all the charm and elegance you'd imagine in such a perfect setting. Finally, the staff was superb. I wold definitely recommend...and definitely stay there again.

I wish there was air conditioning.

Location ideal on the lakefront, in the old center, near Bucherer etc.. Personnel multilingual and helpfull.

No Air Conditioning in rooms. Some summer days are as hot as 30 C.

We had room with a balcony over the the river and looking towards the mountains a perfect place for breakfeast. The room had every thing and was very spacious but a the decor was cold (the only negative about the whole stay). The restaurant was fantastic and the staff were great. I will use this hotel again for sure.
