I stayed in the hotel for the second time. Both times i was not so content with the service at breakfast. The breakfast itself is very good, the food is very fresh. But i had the impression, that the staff doesn't work with much motivation. So, the first morning already ten minutes before closure of the brakfast, there were nomore glasses for the orange juice, i had to ask for a knife and a fork. Then, i wanted to have a coffee again. But the service didn't wanted to see me. Instead two people were doing nothing, so that i had to stand up and go to them for to be served. Then, when they bring the coffee, they don't put the cup on the plate, where it belongs to, just put it right on the table. So, one has to put the cup oneself on the plate. So, it is not what is called a fine, delicate service. Here, the hotel could improve still a lot
I could make a change in my reservation without a problem. So, the people at the reservation desk were very friendly, flexible and kind. The rooms are great, very clean with a nice design.The hotel is near the train station, what is practical
All in all the hotel can be recommended.
