Welcome in our family friendly holiday and hiking hotel with flair! Hospitality with heart is our Moto! The House is situated in the centre: 50m until the postal bus stop to Saas-Fee and Saas-Almagell (water dam Mattmark-highest natural dam in Europe), direct at the cross country skiing pist (26km long), 400m to the gondola that brings you to the skiing region of Saas-Grund/Hohsaas (till 3200m), 5min by foot to the ice skating rink, Tennis court and Football pitch.

All children from 12 to 16 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.

There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Hotel information

This hotel is the ideal starting point for long or short hiking tours in the land of the 4000 metre high mountain range. Our newly renovated rooms are cosy and spacious. All have access to a balcony.

We would like to spoil you in one of our restaurants: our cosy restaurant with specialties out of our varied menu, the rustic Hunter’s lounge with typical regional rösti, fondue and raclette.

The bar is a meeting point for locals and guests. Here you will get in touch with traditions again!

Food & beverage

Comfortable and cosy restaurant build to the style of the region, a much liked meeting point.
• Part of the Restaurant is known as the “Hunters Lounge”. A rustic type of Restaurant which is appreciated by our guests, not only for its good food but also for its nice atmosphere.
• Special Dining Area for our Hotel guests.
• Lounge with TV and Library.

All rooms have their en-suite Bath/Shower Room and Toilet, Hairdryer, Balcony, Telephone, SAT-TV with Radio, Teletext and Alarm-Clock
The rooms are all very sunny and spacious and have friendly decoration. All have a sunny balcony.
There are 5 three bed rooms, 1 flat for 4 people, 8 double rooms, 4 single rooms.

Concernant le lit, il est indispensable de changer car durant toute la nuit à chaque retournement dans le lit des grincements insupportables m' empêchaient de dormir .Pour ce qui est de la literie c'est le même combat. Coussin plât, et matelas non confortable.
