excellent location.But pls pls pls set your navigation via interlaken as the other route which normally a GPS would show is really a dangerous one. Though they say the room has a kitchen....u r not allowed to use it until you pay an extra fare for it.they shud have mentioned it while booking. |

Loved it!! Amazing views!! Recommend a car though, we did have one. Staff very friendly and the breakfast was great! Good 15 minute drive to Interlaken on windy mountain roads, but so worth it. Would stay there again. Liked the fridge in room and the washer/dryer as well. No. Being from the states we wished they had a hottub, but seemingly no one in germany/switzerland does. The steam room and sauna were nice after a long day of hiking. |

The hotel staff have been very courteous & professional. Its location is perfect for mountain views, especially in the morning when the fog hugs the mountains. There is no internet connection in the room though free access at the lobby. |

The staff was very accomodating to our questions. they really seemed to enjoy our children being around and always brought them things at meals and such. The breakfast was plentiful and one of the better ones we've had at hotels in Europe. We liked that the hotel was away from the hustle and bustle of Interlaken. We booked with this hotel because of the apartment facilities. We were not informed that we would have to pay an extra 15 swiss francs per night to use the kitchenette (otherwise, everything is kept locked up.) Also, we did not realize that each apartment is two stories with a winding staircase. |

the room was clean and the view was good . they have kid's club and playing area inside and outside . the breakfast was very good . the place is very quite. you can cook. parking is available. there was no tv in the bedroom. it was far away from interlaken center but there's a bus every 20 min. you have to pay extra money to use the kitchen drawers and plates! no one to help you with the bags! the appartment has only one very small bathroom upstairs |

Good location, good sight, calmness. No body will help you in the luggage, the kitchen is closed till you pay 15 chf for every day. So, you need to bring with you a coffee maker, and some kitchen tools. |

The hotel is in an extremely beautiful location and the views from the rooms are stuning. The staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet was very very good, and the two evening dinners that we had there, were of a high standard. We were also able to take our dog with us, and this was also one of the reasons why we stayed here. While we had our own transport, I think that the location for people without their own transport would definitely be out of the way, as it's a good 10 km's to Interlaken, but be that as it may, we would still definitely return as the views, the food, and the overall ambience was great. |

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The view from our room was fantastic and the room was large and well appointed. The location was excellent if you have a car and the parking was included in the underground garage. The cost of dinner was above average but the service was somewhat slow as we had a two and half hour dinner, however the food was great. |

Good view when when weren't clouded in. Difficult for those using public transport - but it is possible if you can time your activities with the hourly buses. otherwise, very tricky! |

Great Location & View. Worth staying only for that Unlike other Hotels, this Hotel charges extra for kids even if you do not request additional bedding. Had a long argument with the reception and they were quite unresponsive |

Free Parking, fantastic views over Thunersee, spacious room (is an apartment), very complete breakfast buffet. If you expect an apartment facilities, it's negative to pay for use of cooking furniture. If you want only a hotel, that's not a problem. Very difficult to find, specially by night. More clear signs would be better. |

The view was good. Swimming pool was ok. The bed was poor and very uncomfortable.There was no tea maker. When I asked to borrow tea maker, the staff said that I should buy it.The location was 25minutes to town centre and a little bit dangerous to drive.I was really disappointed with this hotel, because average guest view score was 8.9, but really it was below 7. Most furniture was cheap and a little bit old. |

Great promotional rate. Large rooms with splendid views of lake Thun and mountains beyond. Heated indoor pool and sauna, excellent buffet breakfast included. Good restaurant. Wireless internet access is not free in the room (it is free in the lounge). |
