Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Huone oli siisti ja tilava, näkymä parvekkeelta Thunerseelle todella kaunis. Parasta hotellissa oli monipuolinen ja maittava aamiainen.

Talvisaikaan hotellille voi olla vaikea päästä omalla autolla. Huonon sään sattuessa talvirenkaillakaan ei välttämättä pääse pitkää ylämäkeä hotellille, ellei ole lumiketjuja apuna. Bussilla pääsi onneksi loppumatkan vaivattomasti perille, ja hotellin asiakkaat saavat alueella alennusta bussilipuista.

Beautiful location, very easy to get to. Just take the 1 Bus from Interlaken West. It's a good 20 minute ride out of the city, but I don't even think I'd want to stay in Interlaken itself. I thought this place would be a little sterile as it seems to be the biggest building on the hill, but it wasn't at all. The amazing view out of your window makes up for the fact that it's such a big place. I got a room in the main building and suggest you do the same if possible.

View, you can see 3 mouthains from your bacony, Perfect breakfast and professional dinner, room deserve for 4 star, really worth comparing price.

Everything! Lovely appartment with balcony with a stunning view down over the lakes around Interlaken and of the Eiger, Jungfrau, etc. You have to pay extra for the kitchenette but the fridge was accessible and the food in the two restaurants was excellent with plenty of choice. Good indoor swimming pool. There are some wonderful walks in the surrounding countryside and the hotel card gives you free access to the buses in the local villages and a reduction on the cablecar nearby. Superb value for the off-season price!

No lockers in the swimming pool changing rooms.

The view from our room was unbelievable. The room was perfect for family of four with small children.

There were two separate beds in the bed room. Not really ideal for a couple, more fro friends.

Staffs were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Mountain view was wonderful. Bus service made the location acccessible. Stores and restaurant made it luxuries and comfortable.Having the pool and spa ammenities were great. The apartment like complex made it very family oriented and comfortable. And of course the mountain view was exceptional.

The furnishings were a bit out dated. The beds were not made for couples. The bath tub is too high and can be dangerous.

Swimming pool, Breakfast, Looby, location. Everythin is gust OK

The view from the balcony was outstanding and the rooms were huge. Breakfast was great and included in the price. The dinner was also great but quite expensive for what it was. 43 Francs per person for the buffet dinner, but being so far up in the mountains there wasn't much choice!!!

A twin share room was great, but a double room where they push your beds together became quite squashy in the long thin bedroom.

its very difcult to reach to rich to hotel you gave to be a good driver and its dificult to arrive in the ivnning and the instroction that bokking gave is not corect ' its better to know before .....

We stayed for two night. The room was clean and comfortable. A good deal if you're looking to travel/hike in the mountains.

There was no mini bar, and no double bedroom available

Fabulous view from the balcony from some rooms.Good value for a family requireing lots of space.Helpful reception staff.Was able to change room on a low floor without the view for a highier floor room with a great view.Pleasant restaurant staff,however snotty barman.

Should be fefurbished.Rooms and corridors look like 3 star hotel at most. Try to get a room in the main building.Convoluted access to the reception/restaurant area from the side wings.The simplest way is trough the garage which is quite depressing for a 4 star hotel.Lack of internet access in the rooms.Clientele of the hotel was unusually old during our stay..Lots of people over 75 years old.Complete lack of basic written tourist information in any language but german.
