The location is very convenient, i.e. in the city centre, close to the Lake, Cornavin and in the mean time quiet and calm place. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean. The facilities could be better, e.g. free wifi internet, the elevators located far from the reception. |

space, location and included breakfast as part of the package. Very clean too. No airconditioning... or ceiling fans.. Was very hot and did not expect no a.c. for a three star facility |

Good, central location; convenient to transport, shopping, restaurants, the lake; reasonably-sized room for a European hotel; possibility to do some light cooking in the room if you want. Because the rooms have kitchenettes, there was always a strange smell in the hallways, probably from people cooking all kinds of foods. But there was no smell in the room itself, which was clean, comfortable, and a good value. |

Breakfast included good, location good - easy walking distance from station. No bar, no aircon but fan was a great relief for the warm summer evening I stayed. |

The size of the room was quite big. City's central location. Kichen facility was there, even though I did not use it at all. WC water was running slightly but constantly. It's better to repaire for environment. I suppose there was no air condition. But there was a electric fan. That was a good alternative. Facility looked generaly old. |

The location of the hotel which is close to the cetre ville, the lake, and public transport station. And the kitchen in the room is very useful to prepare the baby food. no air conditioner, noise from the street, and very expensive price for the internet |

Key highlights were the excellent service at the reception and a nice quality and plentiful continental breakfast. The rooms are clean and functional but the decor is rather tired looking for even a 3 star hotel. |

I thought that the hotel was very nice (much better than the review score suggested). Incidentally, I injured my foot before I arrived, but the hotel staff were very kind in helping me, and they agreed to an extra night at the same rate, for which I was very grateful. Thanks! |

Close to the tram station and the main Geneva train station. The staff was poor (one person actually gave me wrong travel information!), paid internet (wireless and even the lobby computers), breakfast was so-so, and the building was really old... |

good price, were able to accomodate 3 singles as requested. We arrived during Ramadam and were surprised to see breakfasts were served from 4.30am in a tiny area not equipped to handle anything like the number of guests the hotel had. Our last breakfast was standing up against a small bar area. |
