The hotel had up to six floors and no lift provided. This should have been made clear. I managed the stairs but I bet many people wouldn't be able to. There appeared to be no fire escape. Certainly not recommended |

convenience to the train station was a key factor in chosing the hotel. The room was clean but basic and met our needs for a single overnight stay. Value to price ratio is a bit out of scale for the caliber of hotel. While very clean, the room we had was very simple. I challenge the 199 Euro fee per night for a simple, no-frills environment. |

Nice place in a good, central location. Good restaurant and friendly staff. The rooms are a bit noisy and you can hear the noise from the corridor (doors banging). |

The hotel is located in the city center, not far from rail station (you can reach it in few minutes on foot). Despite the service is fair, the hotel needs renovation works, especially in common areas. Something really smelt bad there. The room was essential but clean and bright. |

Nice hotel. Nothing special about it but no major drawbacks either. Room was clean, mattresses were firm, it's located next to the town center and 5 minutes to the train station. |

The room was very clean, there's free internet usage at the lobby and the breakfast was very good. I did not know that the lobby was one floor up from the street level. There's no lift, so you'll have to carry your luggages up a flight of steps. Hence, you may want to think twice about staying here if you've heavy bags to carry or are not good with walking up stairs. Also, the entrance is at a very narrow 2-way street. You've to drive up to curb for loading and unloading. |

They have some nice 1970's look on the rooms. Very retro! The restaurant below the hotel is smelly by bad frying oil they gave us a voucher for a beer or coffee there don't go there its not worth it. |

Good location in Chur's very attractive old town. Not too far from railroad station and a good price for a comfortable stay. Although an old hotel, it was clean and very adequate with a modest but good breakfast. |

The location on the edge of the old town meant we had easy access to both the modern shopping/banking facilities as well as the beautiful old part of Chur. The thermostat for our hot water was not working which meant we had to have cold showers - not great in winter! |

We weren't there very long, but everything was ok for the price. Breakfast not the best. Steep stairs up to reception and no lift. |

The hotel appears to have had an overhaul since my last stay a few years ago and it is better for it. Excellent buffet brekfast and free internet facilities. Not too far from the station and close to the old town. No carpet in the room made it a bit cold on the feet when getting up. |
