Colazione abbondante,personale molto gentile anche se non parlavano italiano ma buon inglese

Lavandino e specchio del bagno in stanza(anche se molto puliti)e doccia e wc separati

Posizione fantastica per la visita alla città, possibilità di cena al ristorante caratteristico, camere ampie

alcuni aspetti della struttura e delle attrezzature da rimodernare

Personale disponibile e cordiale. Posizione centrale.

Come tutti gli hotel svizzeri nei quali abbiamo soggiornato, anche in questo debbo dire che il rapporto qualità prezzo è fuori dai canoni europei. Rapporto qualità/prezzo/servizi non all'altezza rispetto al resto d'europa. Garage quasi inesistente. Il parcheggio più vicino è pubblico, scoperto e solo a pagamento, ma non si può sostare più di una sola ora.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the station, well situated at the edge of the old town, and is reasonable value. The attached restaurant does several particularly good venison dishes, quite unusual for the area, but excellent in taste.

The single room was a bit spartan but adequate. Rooms do need a bit of updating.

Loved the location to everything in this beautiful little town. Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful!

No lift for first flight of stairs, but staff offered immediately to help get luggage up.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.NO WARM WATER TO WASH YOURSELVE,NO HEATING IN THE BATROOM,SIMPLY THEY TOOLK AWAY THE BUTTON TO OPEN THE HEATING,FUNGHI ON THE SEALING IN THE BATROOM ,NO VENTILATION IN THE BATHROOM.VERY BAD BREAKFAST.PARKING 200M METERS AWAY FROM THE HOTEL...THE MANAGER OF THE HOTEL DID NOT SHOW WHEN ASKED BECAUSE OF THE COLD WATER..TO MUCH TO MENTION.AND ON TOP IF IT VERY EXPENSIVE,ABSOLUTLY NOT WORT THE MONEY THE ASK.

Location, standard room is rather large

There was quite cold in our room (the weather was cold as well). Raw eggs on breakfast, you need to cook them yourself (and no instructions in English for that), that's ridiculous.

The location in Old Town Chur was excellent - we had a great time participating in Faschnacht. The food at the restaurant was very traditional Swiss

We asked for accomodations for 3 and were in a room with 4 twin beds

Clean, quiet, correct in all ways. Excellent reception. Generous breakfast with plenty of coffee. Great starting point for the Bernina Express. Highly recommended.

reception on the first floor , no assistance or lift for baggage,decor of the rooms is the worst taste of any hotel we have ever stayed, no possibility to read at night as lights almost non existend .shower in bath bath with a step so high making almost impossible to use, only one staff on duty to run everything, so expect no assistance

Everything was clean and the rooms were a good size.

It was to revive the old memory of 54 years back when as a young man out of University travelled and stayed in this hotel. Now at the age of 77 years ,it was an emotional stay for me along with my wife in this hotel. It was sad that the family that I knew, sold this hotel few years back.I tried to meet the new owner but alas, he was not there.

It was quite hot inside and the high legs of the beds being old fashioned was hitting my wife occassionally.

Very hot in room. No fans available. Bed poor, bathroom poor. Not a good experience

No lift to reception so need to carry suitcases up a lot of stairs once at reception there is a lift

Nice quiet but central area near the old town within walking distance to railway station. Old building wih history. Received vouchers for free drinks in the hotel restaurant.
