Hotel Drei Könige  

Proximity to old town was good, area was quiet. Staff were pleasant. Internet and wifi were good. The room was quite large with lots of hanging space.

There was no kettle, tea or coffee in room. A smoking room near reception made the reception area smelly. The hotel restaurant was closed both nights we were there. Breakfast was very limited.

Attractive location. Not too far from station (10 minutes) and easy walk to old town. Good breakfast.

Lift not working; however, helpful (female) receptionist offered to carry case up to third floor !

Television reception not too good

The desk clerk , I don't know his name, was very friendly to us. Our first morning there we woke up late and he asked the breakfast staff to hold breakfast for us. We really appreciated that a lot.

Just the fact that we could hear the people next to us leaving at 4 am, because the the connecting door. But we only heard them that one time....oh and the fact that the morning we were leaving the power went out and then came back then went out and back....several times!!!

Prices were good and the restaurant is a value for the money. The staff is friendly and accomodating.

The beds were hard as a rock and we did not sleep well at all.

We loved the decor of the room, it's nearness to everything in the lovely city of Chur, the fact that it was on the Bernina Express rail- line, the varied breakfast and the helpful staff.

The reception staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.I Was leaving the next day at around 6am to catch a train and they offered to put 'some coffee' out for my breakfast as it was before breakfast started.When I went to the designated place there was a pot of coffee, bottle of orange juice, boiled egg, couple of brotchen, cheeses and a croissant. Excellent service.

Clean, comfortable hotel near the train station and city center. Staff friendly and helpful. Good restaurant at the hotel.

No air conditioning.

A well located hotel with an excellent restaurant. The rooms have character and are well appointed within the framework of a 200 year old building. A quiet street outside and within a few minutes of all ammenities

Very old building in the centre of town with interesting old furniture, but quiet and spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. First time we haven't had to pay to use the room safe! Comfortable beds and good breakfast. The restaurant was also good value for money with friendly service.
