άνετοι χώροι, μεγάλο μπάνιο, αναπαυτικά κρεβάτια, ησυχία, κεντρικό σημείο, ευγενικοί άνθρωποι, οικολογική διαχείριση ηλεκτρικού(ανάβει μόνον όταν πλησιάζεις) λείπει το διπλό κρεβάτι, τα δυο μονά δε μας βόλεψαν.. για αγκαλιά.., λίγο πλουσιότερο πρωινό, ένα τραπεζάκι στο υπνοδωμάτιο δίπλα στην πολυθρόνα θα βοηθούσε για καφέ ή διάβασμα |

The location of the hotel is great, right in the centre of the old town, on Rue Lausane - a pedestrianised old cobbled street with nice shops, wonderful tea-rooms, cafes and bars and within walking distance of the railway station. The hotel has been tastfully decorated to the highest standard - room even had plasma TV and DVD. Friendly staff. |

The home-like atmosphere in the hotel; quiet, without anyone bothering you; the hotel is close to the railway station and to the old city of Fribourg - walking distances everywhere It would be good if the receptionists spoke English. Also, a hair-drier and an electric kettle to cook tea/coffee would be a help. The existing oven makes little sense - there wasn't any plates, forks, spoons, etc. |

Very clean and modern Despite being really well set up with a fridge, sink and stove, there were no utensils at all. No clothes iron available for guests which makes it difficult for people on extended visits.The reception staff cannot speak a word of english so it would be advisabe for english only speaking people to go elsewhere. |

The hotel is perfectly located, very affordable, impeccably clean, and the rooms are quite large for the money. The staff were very nice but not always very professional - they knocked on our door multiple times each day even after we told them we didn't need cleaning service or any new towels, and there was no "do not disturb" hanger to prevent them. |

Atmosphere, cleaniness, location, rooms and the price No one could not speak English or German at our arrival. We had also difficulties to check out. We waited and waited someone to show up and finaly we found one person from the restaurant to open the reception office. Be prepared to speak French or Italian. |
