The hotel was very clean and centrally located. On an exceptionally noisy pedestrian road when it was advertised as quiet. The staff were very unfriendly. It had the feel of an upmarket youth hostel which wasn't advertised. There is no air conditioning. |

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel, having been recently renovated, was spotlessly clean. The hotel closed at 21 hours which makes it inconvenient for someone on their own in need of assistance after that hour. The breakfast fare was not varied enough by comparison to other hotels in the same town and in the same price range. |

Perfect location to visit old town of Fribourg and center of town. You get a real coffee for breakfast - not the incredible filter coffee standard such a lot hotels affront their clients. The perfect clenliness of the washroom/closet would gain with a acitve ventilation |

Nicely furnished rooms, very clean, friendly staff. The bar on the ground floor next to the hotel was quite loud, with people making a lot of noise outside the front of the hotel until 6am. We had the windows open as it was quite warm, so we barely got any sleep. Perhaps this is not a problem during the week or during the winter months, but I probably wouldn't stay here on a Saturday during the summer again. |

Everething was really fine. One thing we couldn't find any cup or spoon in our room - i think it was not so comfortable. I wish there was a teapot too. But anyway, we like this hotel a lot, very clean room, nice staff, great breakfast with tasty croissant!!! |

Excellent location with underground carparking close by. Very helpful and friendly staff, spotlessly clean, well equiped room. Value for money. It helps if you can speak some French or German. |

The room was very quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed coming home to the room every night after a day of sight seeing. The breakfast was always a pleasure. Even though there was a telephone in the room, it was not hooked up. It created problems as we did not have a cell phone. |

The rooms are newly renovated, very clean! The room was large with a lot of built-in closets. Only 2 very thin clothes hangers for 2 persons, it's not enough. No water glasses in the room. |

The room as well as the en suite bathroom were very clean and quite big. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Central location: 5-10 minutes by foot from the train station, and a good starting point for a walk through the old city. |

located very central in the city center and within walking distance to the train station room temperature was too high without the possibility to switch off / adjust the heater. So, we had to keep the window open the whole night. |

The rooms were beautiful and free wi-fi was highly appreciated. The staff were also very warm. The check-out time was stringent.. could have been a bit more flexible. |

it was friendly, very comfortable and clean - ideal for our family. no parking is an issue as we were driving, but it really only means that bags have to be carried some distance - possibly more of an issue for families with younger children and elderly customers - other hotels in this situation that we visited had exemption permits for guest dropping off and picking up bags. |

The room was very well appointed, large and clean. The breakfast room (the entire hotel for that matter) did not start functioning until 8am! The breakfast spread was only fair. Although polite, the hotel staff were not professional. The hotel is under modification and the work being done added discomfit. |
