The hotel is perfectly located, very affordable, impeccably clean, and the rooms are quite large for the money. The staff were very nice but not always very professional - they knocked on our door multiple times each day even after we told them we didn't need cleaning service or any new towels, and there was no "do not disturb" hanger to prevent them. |

The hotel was decorated beautifully and was very clean. The bathroom was a nice size and clean. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. No staff available before 9am or after 9pm. Breakfast, by American standards, was very meager and not worth the 10 CHF charged. You are better off getting breakfast locally in town, although few places offer an American style breakfast. Croissants and coffee only. No ironing or drycleaning capabilities. |
