Free access to the Spa Amaryllis is available daily from 06:00 to 22:00. The spa includes excercising machines and sauna. Massages need to be booked in advance. There is also free access to the outdoor swimming pool from Mid-May to Mid-September.
Non-smoking floors are available as well as free cable internet access in all rooms. There is a Swisscom Hotspot with wireless LAN available throughout the whole hotel.
There is a Baby sitter service also available at the hotel. Prices start from CHF 18 per hour per child. Baby beds and cots are also available.
The hotel also provides complimentary daily international newspapers, overnight shoe cleaning service and use of the public transportation.
The restaurant is open everyday for breakfast from 6:30 to 10:30, lunch from 12:00 to 14:00 and for dinner from 19:00 to 22:30. On Sundays brunch is available from 12:00 to 15:00.

The hotel was Grand in design and stature but very intimate in terms of service and accommodations. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to other travelers. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They also upgraded us to a suite which was fantastic. Although it is a 5* hotel and therefore priced accordingly, the great price we got through booking.com, and then the upgrade, made this luxury at excellent value. The concierge sorted out a vet for us to get our pet passport organised for our return journey to the UK, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Very impressed and would return. |

The views from my bedroom balcony were breathtakingly beautiful. I had a pleasant stay with friendly, efficient service. The decor enriches the majestic surrounds. A very peacefull and enjoyable visit. |

Bei dem Aufenthalt hat einfach alles zusammengepasst. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Angestellte, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, bequeme Betten, ruhige Zimmer. Sauna und Hammam inklusive. Super Lage am See mit Aussicht auf die verschneiten Walliser Alpen. Sorry, aber mir fällt dazu nichts ein. Nichts hat nicht gefallen |

De très loin le plus belle Hôtel de Vevey et Montreux. La décoration superbe de l'hôtel et des chambre. Le petit déjeuner excellent. Allez y, vous allez être agréablement surpris par l'ambiance que dégage cet hôtel,situé directement au bord du lac. |

le batiment est splendide. les aménagements intérieurs superbes. la chambre exiguë, sous les toits (petite fenêtre), sans baignoire, et donnant sur la rue et le carrefour à proximité immédiate de l'hotel. la piscine trop petite (et qui ferme à 18h). la salle de sport, limitée. en fait l'hotel est bien mais à ce prix on s'attend à une chambre plus spacieuse et à une vue sur le lac. |
