Beautiful setting and lovely facility. Very friendly staff. Dining menu not broad enough. Lighter fare might be offered in addition to the very gourmet menu.

The chocolates on arrival and departure. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was exquisite, as were the lovely amenities in the bathroom. The welcome was wonderful and set the tone for a lovely stay. The chef made a special effort to accommodate our needs and the wait staff marvelous. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and am always treeted very well. I love the decor and lakeside location. The food is beautiful. Its mt favourite Hotel in Switzerland. The food is very expensive and I avoid breakfast in particular. They seem to have quite a large staff turnover which seems to be quite common in Swiss hotels. This I find dissapointing. I usally book on line and get significant discounts. If I had to pay full price I would not stay there. Its interesting that the discounted prices are just always a bit cheaper than Les Tois Couronne but the food there is cheaper and in the summer when people can eat outside this could give them the edge.

The staff was excellent; relaxed, friendly and very service minded. Beatiful hotel, very nice rooms, great atmosphere. Perfect location, stunning views. The spa was a bit over-prices, in particular the products. The food in the bar was not so good, menu was ok but the quality was well below the standard of the two restaurants in the hotel.

We stayed here for just under a week, and were made to feel very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. We liked the attentive staff, and there were plenty of staff members around for the number of guests. Loved the building, and the opulent period decor, and really enjoyed its lakeside position - including evening drinks out on the terrace. Little treats in our room were great, the concierge service was enormously helpful (thanks especially to Anita for short-notice train reservations). We ate in the restaurant one evening - the service was fantastic and the food very good indeed. We enjoyed having use of the sauna and hamman, especially after an evening swim in the lake. Overall, this was a peaceful and luxurious hotel, which paid attention to every detail, and where we were made to feel at home. Little to say here, except that we didn't choose to try the 39/49 CHF breakfast, preferring to find coffee and a croissant at a confiserie in the old town.

It is a perfect location, directly at the lake. The hotel is nicely renovated. Breakfast is expensive. It should be in the room rate.

Başta direktör olmak üzere iyi niyetli, güler yüzlü Personel. Temizlik ve düzen Otel içi ve oda dekorasyonu. Otel TV.sinde eurosport olmaması ve Australia Openı izleyebilmek için 3 gün yerine bir gece kalıp başka bir otele gitme mecburiyeti.
