Excellent, friendly service, good atmosphere and a great location down by the lake. A good quality well priced restaurant (taking account of Swiss prices and the weak pound). |

The staff was very accommodating providing assistance with luggage, maps, a small refrigerator for the room given to us because they saw we had some cheese on the desk. The buffet breakfast was very good and service was good in the restaurant. We had a very pleasant stay -- everything was great! |

Excellent breakfast, very nice and polite staff both in the hotel and in the restaurant, my room had a very nice view of the like. The cleaning staff was a slightly bit too eager to clean my room on the morning of the departure - they knocked on my door twice (different people). They did apologize profusely, though. |

The location overlooking the lake was wonderful. Our room was very comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed the view from our room and the convenience of the train system nearby. The hotel was close to good restaurants and we enjoyed riding bikes along the lake. I would have liked a fridge in the room to keep the champagne cold. We found the check in service to be quite cold and we would have liked more interaction with the male staff member. He seemed distant but that may have been the fact that we are Australian and quite friendly. He did however speak English so that was not a problem for us. |

Helpful staff. We needed help to find a pharmacist late one evening and the receptionist was very helpful, calling a taxi and providing a map. |

This is a great hotel. It's a three stars, but I'd give it more than that! The location is superb. just next to you is the extravagant Hotel Beau rivage with probably triple the price... but if you get a lake view room at this hotel, you're not missing out on anything. A bit noisy if you have to leave the windows open. |

The hotel was nicely located just off Lake Geneva and close to public transportation and Olympic Museum. The included brerakfast was good and there was free wi-fi for internet. We would go again. |

great location right on the shore of the Lake Geneva, beautiful view of the lake, spacious room, very friendly and helpful staff, You also get free public transportation tickets, so you can move around the city (The hotel staff took care of that automatically.). |

Je passais juste pour une nuit lors d'un séminaire; l'accueil était naturel, discret et compétent, le petit déjeûner varié et sain et les formalités de sortie, y compris l'appel du taxi, simples et rapides. Juste parfait. Il m'a semblé qu'il y avait de légères odeurs de cuisine jusque dans la chambre, située pourtant au troisième étage. |

Tolle Lage direkt am See mit U-Bahnstation gleich nebenan, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, ausgezeichnetes Restaurant. Die Zimmer mit Seesicht würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. |

Номер уютный, чистый. Расположение удачное - рядом с набережной и парком Олимпиады, до центра можно добраться на метро или троллейбусе (транспортную карту дают бесплатно на ресепшн). В номере было душно - нет кондиционера. Нет своей парковки. Завтрак приличный, но без горячего. |
