Cancellation
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged CHF 53.20 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

hotel staff, cleanliness of room and just in town. Great place to have some good time. Small but effective. Room equiped with Cable LCD Flat Screen and WIFI available in the room. Quiet and relaxed . |

Unkomplizierte Buchung, netter Empfang, gemütliches Zimmer (Raumgestaltung gab dem Zimmer ein gemütliches Ambiente), Geräuschkulisse durch Sraßenbahn störte mich nicht, absolut ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffett, der Wasserkocher war sehr praktisch |

Camere non sono sufficientemente isolate acusticamente tra loro! Non ho dormito sufficentemente bene a causa di un cliente che, nella camera a fianco della mia, utilizzava la tv ad alto volume e sino alle 01.00 e poi nuovamente a partire dalle 06.00. |

L'équipe de jour était serviable. La chambre était spacieuse. La porte de la douche difficile à fermer, le détecteur de presence dans la salle de bain : on prend sa douche dans le noir au bou de 5 min... Au prix de la chambre c'est le genre d'economie un peu mesquine. A notre arrivee dans la chambre, il y avait un sac dans la chambre, du maquillage dans la salle de bain. Nous n'avons eu aucune explication, le sac a simplement été retiré. |

El personal nos trató bien y respondió a nuestras dudas sobre la ciudad. El desayuno era bastante completo y el personal amable. Tuvimos una invasión de hormigas durante la noche que se metieron incluso en alguna de nuestras mochilas. |
