It was a nice friendly efficient hotel and all staff were very helpful; particularly Lorena who helped me greatly with my move to my next destination. The hotel is well situated for public transport. It is 5 minutes walk from the Musical Theatre where I enjoyed a wonderful show. Breakfast was excellent.

Lovely front desk staff and good breakfast. Very convenient for trams and conference centre. My room was at the front and there was some traffic noise- I would go back but request a room at the back.

Internet availability within room. Coffee-making facilities within room. Room was very smokey even though it was a non-smoking room. The noise insulation between rooms is inadequate such that sounds (tv, snoring, telephone conversations, etc.) can be heard very easily.

A friendly small hotel that served my need for an overnight. 1. They do not work in cooperation with any taxi company. I guess it would give them an advantage to have a fair őrice with a company to airport transport. 2. If you need to leave before breakfast time, cannot take it with you.

They are renovating the hotel and it will take about seven to ten days. Old rooms with old furniture and very bad lights. Very bad bath-room with a very bad and loud ventilator. Expansive garage. Never again!!

The hotel was very clean and convenient for transport links. The breakfast whilst included was not a particularly high standard. There was a choice but not good quality produce.

This was one of the best hotels I stayed during my trip to switzerland. The hotel is fully equipped with all types of gadgets. The included buffet breakfast was the best.They served all kinds of foods and variety of fruits.The lady at the reception counter also offered good tourism tips for in n around Basel During my stay there was no free wifi

The room was great and I particularly loved the bathroom which had been renovated and is very roomy and has a lovely big shower with plenty of hot water and water pressure. The breakfast was really good and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The position was great as it was easily accessed by the trams and there are quite a few good restaurants and bars in the area.

Although not that easy to find, the hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was satisfactory and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I got the impression that they genuinely were interested in our well-being and not just reluctantly doing a job, as experienced in other hotels. No air-conditioning.

A kettle and tea/coffee in the room; previous three hotels I stayed in during this trip lacked this option. Actually, the hotel is quite expensive. I doubt I would have chosen it if not booked with 50% promotional discount.
