Gentillesse de l'accueil. Proximité des rues piétonnes des restaurants et du shoping, et du lac Ventilation en panne, chambre trés chaude, bruit de la rue |

Intérieur agréable avec décoration originale et moderne. Pas de place de parking et bruyant de par la proximité d'un noeud routier. Impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte. |

Cela fait des années que chaque fois que je vais à Zürich, je prends une chambre dans cet hôtel. C'est tout simplement génial avec une excellente situation, un staff jeune et sympa. J'ai souvent logé des amis étrangers de passage. Ils en gardent aussi un excellent souvenir. |

The staff is professional, the overall service is good, and the quality of the breakfast is very good. The wifi is not available for free. My room position was very noisy and together with the room temperature (without air conditioning) it was almost impossible to sleep after 6 am. |

Hotel staff are helpful. Free internet in the hotel lobby. Location is good. Within walking distance from the Zurich HB. Room is small that my husband's luggage cannot be opened with enough space (only happen in this hotel during our 12 days stay in Swiss). The hotel is near a busy traffic road, very noisy during the night so we have to close the window, but no air-conditioning or fan inside the room (so I don't have good sleep that night). Breakfast need extra pay. |

Location is as central as physically possible. The room was clean, not huge but enough to be comfortable. In the end I think it was good value for money - the staff were also freindly and useful. Room didn't have an sense of space. |

Good location. Breakfast was a bit expensive and small, and it wasn´t included in the price. No free Internet, should be a must in a modern hotel nowadays. |

The clerk at the check-in desk was exceptionally helpful, the room was very clean and pleasant and reasonably spacious for the money, and the hotel decor was quite nice |

Located in the city center, near the main train station. Supermarket nearby is a bonus. They don't have our booking confirmation when we wanted to check-in, but luckily the staff and manager act quickly to provide us the room. Breakfast is not included in the room rate. |

hotel ligt zeer dicht bij station en indien men overweg kan met openbaar vervoer houdt dit in dat men op taxi's kan besparen Hotel heeft geen airco hetgeen helaas en vooral bij warme dagen een nadeel is |

Freundlichkeit; ideale Lage zwischen Bahnhof und ETH. Hübsche, moderne Einrichtung (andere Hotels in diesem Stadtteil sind im Vergleich recht konservativ/langweilig eingerichtet). Lounge im 1. OG sehr schön. Etwas laut (Strassenbahn), fuer wen gerne bei offenem Fenster schlaeft. Internetterminal in der lobby ziemlich alt , funktionierte nicht gut, z.T. auch wg Mängel beim Provider. |

Het personeel was geweldig. Wist op alle vragen antwoord en kwam zelf ook met ideetjes. Het hotel ligt echt net om de hoek van het oude centrum. Makkelijk te bereiken met het fantastisch geregelde openbaar vervoer in Zürich. De kamer was niet groot (geen ruimte om je koffer fatsoenlijk neer te zetten) en de badkamer was zelfs erg klein. De sleutel/kaart van de kamerdeur blokkeerde elke dag zodat we weer naar de receptie moesten om het te opnieuw te laten valideren. Het ontbijt van 18 francs omvat maar weinig: ongekookte eieren en halve plakjes worst en kaas. |
