Bij de poorten van de oude binnenstad van Zürich vindt u dit bekoorlijke design hotel. Het treinstation is op een paar minuten lopen van het hotel. In de La Suite lounge op de eerste verdieping kunt u genieten van een aantal verrukkelijke hoogtepunten - verleidelijke hapjes en speciaal geselecteerde wijnen - vergezeld van een buitengewoon uitzicht op de levendige stad Zürich. Er zijn veel restaurants, bars, banken en winkels in de buurt. Ook de opera en de theaters liggen op loopafstand. Een pand met een rijk verleden: hier was in de jaren 50 van de vorige eeuw een Broadway-achtige bühne met Duitstalig varieté, en nu is het een prachtig hotel. Kamer en sanitair waren schoon; in- en uitchecken ging vlot en soepel. Het was veel te warm op de kamer. Toen ik vroeg of daar iets aan gedaan kon worden was het antwoord "nee". Ik had om een rustige kamer gevraagd maar ik heb bijna geen oog dichtgedaan vanwege de herrie, de hele nacht door (schreewende mensen, gerammel met bakken en flessen, continu verkeersgeluiden). Toen ik daar de volgende ochtend iets van zei kreeg ik als antwoord dat ik aan de rustigste kant van het hotel had geslapen.

Right at the city centre and easy access to the main transportation services in this city such as tram, bus and train. This hotel is clean, new and most importantly the hospitality of the staff that has impressed us a group of nine travellers from malaysia. Excellent! Clean, comfortable and services provided by the hotel staff such as baggage management and efficient check in and check out services.

Excellent location, near to central train station and main shopping district. Supermart is closeby for convenience. Room is too small, even for Asians. Amenities in the room can be improved.

The bed is comfortable but just too small. The location is very convenient and easy to find, just 10 minutes from the central central. The male staff (I forget his name) is very helpful & friendly. Althought it had free wi-fi in the hotel, but the reception in the room is too weak. I have to go down to the lobby to get better reception. So free wi-fi in the room means nothing! The femal staff in the reception is not nice at all!

Location is close to train station, within walking distance, making my trip easier to go everywhere. The hotel building is unique :) Get free wifi.

The Hotel is very close to city center and the main train station, only 5 min. Walking. The rooms are very small and there were some construction works close to the hotel starting very early till evening making noise.

The boutique feel of the hotel is very nice. This is a cute little hotel with nice touches including the glass elevator, beautiful bathrooms and small comforts that come with an eye for design. Though the rooms are small, they are laid out quite well. The location of the hotel is also a plus. This hotel, as with all hotels in Zurich, was expensive for the room that we had.

The location of the hotel is good, just a few steps from the main station and from the river Limmat. The room was bigger than I expected to be and it look really nice. One of the receptionist was not so helpfull, actually she was more confused than prepared to give us the needed information.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location in the center of the bar district, it was impossible to get a good nights sleep due to street noise from the bars. Sound proof windows would be an asset.
