The hotel was well presented and the reception staff were very helpful. The bedroom was clean and well appointed. The rear patio was nicely furished with an impressive water feature. The menu was somewhat limited, and whilst Geneva is generally very expensive, I did not think the food that was served reflected good value for money, and the quality of food was not up to standard of this class of hotel.

The location is fine, close to the center. Nice bathrooms and good bedding The hotel is fine but the rooms are small and the prices extremely high . I suppose it has to do with Switzerland. They have a sort of tray of goodies in the room where they charge 65 dollars for a very basic candle in a glass... Ridic. THe rooms are quite small. It is not worth the price at all. If people want to spend 300 dollars (with special rate) it is their decision.

A truly wonderful hotel, with an ambience of luxury and calm right in the centre of Geneva. The staff were so friendly and helpful, providing excellent information and restaurant tips. The rooms were superb with crisp white linen and elegant accessories. A beautiful touch was the pillow spray to help sleep. However the beds were so comfortable we slept like babies. The location could not have been better, just a couple of minutes stroll takes you to the Lake on one side and the railway station to the other. We left happy and refreshed.

We stayed in the deluxe room for one saturday night. Really nice hotel with a cool oriental feel. Staff were friendly and while we did all our dining and drinks outside - the restaraunt / bar looked inviting for pre dinner drink or relaxed meal. Location is more 'alternative' than some of the fancier hotels but I didnt find this detracted from the stay, you are still less than 5 min walk from the lake and 10-15 from the old town.

Hotel is really beautiful and our own room also large and comfortable. Every detail seemed to be thought through. Excellent position near the railway station and central city and very helpful staff who organized whatever needed to be organized to make a stay worthwhile.

Everything - polite, willing, helpful staff; nice, spacious, clean room; nespresso coffee maker with free capsules, bottle of water at arrival, small bottles of water at check-out; cleaning 2 times a day; free transport pass; free internet with the printer at the hotel library; very nice quiet hotel terrase; tasty meals, great wine; good location near to the city, near to the station...we were really pleased with this hotel. Comparing to the hotels in other Euorpean cities we have visited, this one was a bit more expensive but it was the best hotel we have ever stayed in !!!

The staff was very helpul and detail-oriented. We could walk everywhere. The room was great and quiet, with a very comfortable bed. We got upgraded to a bigger room which was wonderful! The red light district was one street up which could be a bit awkward if you are traveling as a family. But it was safe and quiet so it didn't bother us.

Value for money, I had a spacious room which costed 30% cheaper then a small room in 5 star hotel with a lake view The hairdrier - the buttons are very stiff. Also it was quite hard always go up and down the stair in my room

The staff Immediately makes you feel very welcome. Small things such as a travel pass for the duration of your stay at no extra charge, refreshing drink and freshner on arrival and a handy water bottle for each guest on check out made our stay at this hotel very memorable and something we really appreciated. Size of rooms was small.

“It was clean, friendly and comfortable, and located in the right place. A short walk from the station, literally 5 mins if that, straight out of the station doors and 200 mts along a right hand turn and you were there, that's why I chose to stay here. Leave the hotel by the side door and through a small shopping arcade and you were on the river. Excellent.” John, Stoke On Trent |
