Everything nice, very good restaurant. Very central, but at the same time surely not the best area of the city, close to the train station and too pleasant to walk around especially at night ... after checking out I find out that they charged me 20 euro for internet that I have never used.... In one word, you pay too much for what you get back .

It is a boutique hotel that lives up to the title. Personal but professional in the way matters are handled. Additional requests handled so that the stay is fully enjoyed. Centrally located so that getting places was easy. The travel passes are an added bonus for travel around Geneva including to the airport. A thoroughly enjoyable stay (again). This remains my first choice if I am visiting Geneva.

The hotel was well presented and the reception staff were very helpful. The bedroom was clean and well appointed. The rear patio was nicely furished with an impressive water feature. The menu was somewhat limited, and whilst Geneva is generally very expensive, I did not think the food that was served reflected good value for money, and the quality of food was not up to standard of this class of hotel.

The location is fine, close to the center. Nice bathrooms and good bedding The hotel is fine but the rooms are small and the prices extremely high . I suppose it has to do with Switzerland. They have a sort of tray of goodies in the room where they charge 65 dollars for a very basic candle in a glass... Ridic. THe rooms are quite small. It is not worth the price at all. If people want to spend 300 dollars (with special rate) it is their decision.

A truly wonderful hotel, with an ambience of luxury and calm right in the centre of Geneva. The staff were so friendly and helpful, providing excellent information and restaurant tips. The rooms were superb with crisp white linen and elegant accessories. A beautiful touch was the pillow spray to help sleep. However the beds were so comfortable we slept like babies. The location could not have been better, just a couple of minutes stroll takes you to the Lake on one side and the railway station to the other. We left happy and refreshed.

everything was perfect: welcome, fast chek-in, room, aromatik oil and candles, very good bath cosmetics, tasty coffe, soft bed and towels, funny slippers, a few steps to Mont-Blanc embankment and railway station

The staff was very helpul and detail-oriented. We could walk everywhere. The room was great and quiet, with a very comfortable bed. We got upgraded to a bigger room which was wonderful! The red light district was one street up which could be a bit awkward if you are traveling as a family. But it was safe and quiet so it didn't bother us.

Value for money, I had a spacious room which costed 30% cheaper then a small room in 5 star hotel with a lake view The hairdrier - the buttons are very stiff. Also it was quite hard always go up and down the stair in my room

It is a very delicate hotel with proffesiolan and nice staf, but we had a room against the gate and it was quite noisy. We have been here twice and we will probely be back next year as well. Best regards from Norway

The staff Immediately makes you feel very welcome. Small things such as a travel pass for the duration of your stay at no extra charge, refreshing drink and freshner on arrival and a handy water bottle for each guest on check out made our stay at this hotel very memorable and something we really appreciated. Size of rooms was small.

небольшой современный отель. хорошее расположение (хотя где это в женеве может быть плохое?), чистый номер, неплохой завтрак и очень приветливый персонал. есть выбор фильмов на русском брали номер делюкс и он оказался не таким большим, как думалось... представляю, какие там стандартные номера. с другой стороны - это беда всех небольших европейских отелей
