I especially liked the high quality of my room: sufficiently spacious with plenty of storage space, a useful writing desk/table, comfortable chairs, and good lighting. And the buffet breakfast was wonderfully varied (although I found it odd that I saw no butter from your land of dairy cows--only margarine and cream cheese to put on rolls and bread). If I drove away for an hour or for the day, I was concerned about finding a parking place when I returned. But I always did. |

The Hotel is well maintained and the staff are friendly and efficient. We particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Not the fault of the hotel, but for medical reasons we had to cancel the last night of our stay. We gave 2 days notice, but still had to pay for the last night. We tried to contact on-line booking but were told that on line bookings can only be cancelled before the start of the trip. This is not fair |

Die gute, ruhige Lage, besonders aber die Bedienung an der Bar. Der Ausbau mit Arvenholz hat uns allen ganz gut gefallen. Zwei unserer Zimmer hatten ein wunderschönes neues Bad/Dusche. Zwei unserer gebuchten Zimmer leider alte Bäder, was eher nicht dem Preise entsprach. |

チェックインには分早かったので、荷物をお願いしようとフロントに行ったのですが部屋の用意が出来ているの- で早めでもいいとのことでした。部屋は清潔でしたし朝食もおいしくいただきました。 洗面所・浴室と部屋の扉の開閉がスムーズにいかない時がありました。 |

accueil et dévouement du personnel, cartes de transport (bus - train - remontées mécaniques) misent à disposition, l'espace détente, animations proposées, petit déjeuner ainsi que le restaurant à la carte peu de personnes parlent le français mais un effort est fait et avec sourire et courtoisie. |

Staff dell'hotel disponibile, colazione abbondante e spazi comuni molto eleganti. Posizione comoda sia per raggiungere St. Moritz con la macchina (10 minuti), sia con I mezzi pubblici (15 min. Per St. Moritz). L'hotel fornisce biglietti gratuiti per l'uso dei mezzi pubblici. Purtroppo I lati negativi sono tanti:ho prenotato "superior room" edificio Soldanella, e mi sono ritrovato in una stanza standard 3 stelle con bagno piccolissimo; l'edificio Soldanella non centra nulla con l'edificio principale dell'hotel 4 stelle.. Ma non era specificato nella prenotazione che si trattava di stanza 3 stelle!! Area wellness molto piccola rispetto alla grandezza dell'hotel: l'idromassaggio è per max 8 persone, nonostante l'hotel possa ospitare più di 100 persone |
