La posizione è buona, non troppo lontano dalla stazione e dai traghetti che portano alla parte antica della città

Avevamo prenotato una camera non fumatori, al nostro arrivo ci è stata assegnata una camera fumatori (la moquette, il letto, le coperte puzzavano parecchio) da una ragazza dello staff poco cordiale e non disposta a nessun compromesso. Con enorme stupore, le tariffe dell'hotel erano variate rispetto a quelle della prenotazione. Le camere erano pulite ma un po' piccole. Bagno veramente esiguo.

Really friendly staff, great breakfast and considering the prices of everything in Geneva I'd recommend having a massive breakfast here. The folk music in the restaurant is great fun

Someone else mentioned it as well and I thought it a strange thing to say but there is a smell of cheese (coming from the fondue in the kitchen I suppose) it's not disagreeable though

The Swiss-chalet look was simply amazing!! The rooms were very nicely decorated and comfortable. The breakfast (CHF18/person) was very good (including warm and cold choices) and everyone at the hotel was helpful. Location was also great (close to the train station and a couple of minutes from the lake, just behind Kempinski Hotel).

Nothing actually. Only the price was high but as far as I've heard about Geneva, it's difficult to find a descent hotel at a budget price.

Friendly staff, free Wi-Fi connection, restaurant at the basement is very convenient. Much better price than most hotels in Geneva and it has a traditional feel with lots of wood everywhere. Walking distance to the center.

There was a smell of Cheese but you get used to it within minutes and then can't smell it any more. Walls were a bit thin and we could hear the people next door who were rather loud.

La gentillese de la réception,la situation de l'hotel et son originalité "Suisse", les fondues du restaurant sont bonnes servies par un personnel agréable .L'ambiance musicale fait passer une trés bonne soirée.

Trè bon emplacement à quelques minutes du centre ville Petit déjeuner en chambre de bonne qualité .

Rapport qualité-prix inssuffisant . restaurant moins que moyen .

Amabilité du personnel. Proche du centre ville.

Удачное расположение отеля, недалеко как от вокзала так и от озера и старого города. Уютные номера и достойный завтрак. Рекомендую отужинать в ресторане гостиницы. Живая тирольская музыка в сочетании с хорошей кухней за не очень большие деньги не оставит никого равнодушным.

Напрягает постоянный запах (по всей видимости от используемых чистящих средств) на лестничных проходах.

宿泊料金の割りにホテルは施設、サービスともに貧弱。ジュネーブはすべてが割高なのでこんなものでしょうか- ？

２泊しましたが、２泊目のクリーニングをホテル側が忘れてしまい、観光から帰って戻ったら部屋はきたないま- までした。その後のホテルの態度も誠意あるものとは思えませんでした。とてもがっかりしたし、楽しい思い出- が台無しになりました。
