Typisch Zwitserse ambiance. Het was te heet in de gangen en lobby. Geurverspreiders, niet aangenaam. Parkeren was mogelijk op aanvraag in garage van ander hotel, beetje omslachtig |

Het personeel was niet gastvrij.Er werd ons een kamer toegewezen met de liftkoker in de lamer, deze hebben wij niet geaccepteerd.Het ontbijt was slecht, er werd niet bijgevuld als het op was.Personeel niet geinterresserd. |

Vrij gebruik van internet Stank in het hotel (kaasfondue) en in de hotelkamer (rook), erg kleine kamer, drie persoonskamer was eigenlijk een tweepersoonskamer met stretcher |

Really friendly staff, great breakfast and considering the prices of everything in Geneva I'd recommend having a massive breakfast here. The folk music in the restaurant is great fun Someone else mentioned it as well and I thought it a strange thing to say but there is a smell of cheese (coming from the fondue in the kitchen I suppose) it's not disagreeable though |

Location firstly. Then the room is very comfortable. Staff also helpful. No parking, especially in front of the hotel. |

The Swiss-chalet look was simply amazing!! The rooms were very nicely decorated and comfortable. The breakfast (CHF18/person) was very good (including warm and cold choices) and everyone at the hotel was helpful. Location was also great (close to the train station and a couple of minutes from the lake, just behind Kempinski Hotel). Nothing actually. Only the price was high but as far as I've heard about Geneva, it's difficult to find a descent hotel at a budget price. |

Friendly staff, free Wi-Fi connection, restaurant at the basement is very convenient. Much better price than most hotels in Geneva and it has a traditional feel with lots of wood everywhere. Walking distance to the center. There was a smell of Cheese but you get used to it within minutes and then can't smell it any more. Walls were a bit thin and we could hear the people next door who were rather loud. |

La gentillese de la réception,la situation de l'hotel et son originalité "Suisse", les fondues du restaurant sont bonnes servies par un personnel agréable .L'ambiance musicale fait passer une trés bonne soirée. |

Удачное расположение отеля, недалеко как от вокзала так и от озера и старого города. Уютные номера и достойный завтрак. Рекомендую отужинать в ресторане гостиницы. Живая тирольская музыка в сочетании с хорошей кухней за не очень большие деньги не оставит никого равнодушным. Напрягает постоянный запах (по всей видимости от используемых чистящих средств) на лестничных проходах. |

宿泊料金の割りにホテルは施設、サービスともに貧弱。ジュネーブはすべてが割高なのでこんなものでしょうか- ？ ２泊しましたが、２泊目のクリーニングをホテル側が忘れてしまい、観光から帰って戻ったら部屋はきたないま- までした。その後のホテルの態度も誠意あるものとは思えませんでした。とてもがっかりしたし、楽しい思い出- が台無しになりました。 |

personale forsøgte venligt at løse de problemer der var i forbindelse med af finde parkering til bil, da det ikke er muligt at parkere ifm hotel endsige at holde ind og læsse bagage af. hotellet havde kun 1 nødudgang (hovedtrappen) som ville kunne benyttes i tilfælde af brand hvilket pga en evt. røgudvikling ville være en katastrofe for gæster på eks. 7 etage! |
