Fortíssimo cheiro de queijo no Hall e nos corredores do hotel. Vista do quarto para um pátio abandonado e janelas de pardieiro.O Hotel não tem garagem e é praticamente impossível estacionar nas ruas da cidade sem ser residente, por mais de oito horas seguidas. O hotel oferece estacionamento por 35 Euros diários no hotel Kipling, também da rede Manotel, nas proximidades. Ao voltar do estacionamento do Kipling evitar as ruas paralelas pois uma delas é ponto de prostituição

O atendimento dos funcionários é nota 10! O hotel e os quartos são muito bem decorados. O restaurante é muito bom e a localização legal.

O atendimento do restaurante deixa a desejar e a falta de pessoas para ajudar com a bagagem.

Excellent hotel!I would recommend it to anyone. Even though it is Swiss kitsch all the way, it is one of the nicest and cosiest hotels I have ever stayed in. The friendly staff make the exerience worthwhile and the fantastic breakfast is good value for money. If you are going to Geneva, this is the place to stay!

the breakfast was not explicitedly described in the booking... hence thought included in the price. Hotel staff mentioned where breakfast will be served, but failed to warn that is not in the package.. so have to pay extra.. only discover when having breakfast.. otherwise we could have decided to not have it in the hotel.... a little misleading...

Quaint motif, great location, great staff, large rooms, quiet. Great walking city.

The smell from the fondue restaurant in the lower level of hotel is overwhelmingly strong when you enter the hotel, however there is no odor at all in the rooms. In the morning there is a lovely smell of cinnamon buns from the restaurant. The restaurant is adorable once you get used to fondue smell. Restaurant is very very expensive. All of Geneva we found to be very expensive but first class.

All the staff were very friendly. The room (421) was big and although the bathroom a little small, very clean and functional. The main areas did smell a little of cooking but no smell in the rooms. A great location and friendly people - what more can I say?

The location is quite central. There is a mini supermarket and lots of shops close by. The hotel gives you a public transport card for your entire stay, including the day you check out. (You can get a free 80 minute transport card fro the geneva airport before you exit) Rooms are clean and spacious. Expensive, but Geneva is generally expensive anyway.

The reception staff were no where to be found when we first arrived, however they were most helpful afterward.
