Хорошее расположение, колоритный дизайн, уютная атмосфера, отличные завтраки Довольно холодно в номере, ресторан - у двоих были небольшие проблемы с желудком, подозреваем сырное фондю |

excellent location in the centre of Geneve. Very comfortable and modern hotel. Recommendable for somebody specially looking for a "Swiss" experience! |

Friendly staff, free Wi-Fi connection, restaurant at the basement is very convenient. Much better price than most hotels in Geneva and it has a traditional feel with lots of wood everywhere. Walking distance to the center. There was a smell of Cheese but you get used to it within minutes and then can't smell it any more. Walls were a bit thin and we could hear the people next door who were rather loud. |

We loved how 'Swiss' the hotel was, the Fondue dinner in the restuarant was delicious, the staff were over the top helpful with anything. We liked everything. |

Friendliness of the staff and the general atmosphere was very good. The evening entertainment looked great fun. The internet was slow (was it busy?); parking was a problem; the hotel was tall and thin, making the lift the only (slow) option. |

From the moment we walked in the door, we felt very welcomed. The gal at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The decor is very clean and cheerful. The restaurant was wonderful, as it not only has delicious food, but the entertainment is a lot of fun. It was so great, we had dinner there twice. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again. Our room was on the top floor, and there is a central stairway. Our stay was from May 5-8, and they still had their heaters going, and the top floor was stiffling hot!! We asked if they had air conditioning, and they said it was not turned on yet!! We had to sleep with our windows open. On our last day, they finally did turn off the heat - phew!! |

Good service on arrival. Location. The restaurant is very good and very authentic. Our room was not made up despite putting the 'please make up the room' sign on the door. Was given a poor excues that they coulld not get in to the room - which was a lie. The receptionist did not seem to care that we had been inconvenienced. Had to argue to get anything resolved. |

La posizione è buona, non troppo lontano dalla stazione e dai traghetti che portano alla parte antica della città Avevamo prenotato una camera non fumatori, al nostro arrivo ci è stata assegnata una camera fumatori (la moquette, il letto, le coperte puzzavano parecchio) da una ragazza dello staff poco cordiale e non disposta a nessun compromesso. Con enorme stupore, le tariffe dell'hotel erano variate rispetto a quelle della prenotazione. Le camere erano pulite ma un po' piccole. Bagno veramente esiguo. |

Excelente localização do hotel, assim como a amabilidade e profissionalismo dos funcionários. Bom serviço de limpeza de quartos. Reverem o preço do pequeno almoço, pois é elevado. |
