Nice location, welcoming staff The Hotel itself looks quite old (there are visable signs that the latest repair works have been done long ago) and for this type of hotels it is unacceptable |

Loved the balcony with such wonderful views. Definitely, the highlight of the entire hotel. Good buffet breakfast with great view from terrace dining room. didn't realize it was a "tour" hotel. Food was expensive and not good. Drinks highly overpriced and severed in tiny glasses. Hotel really needed some "updating". Air conditioning in our room didn'twork, but it was repaired. |

staff professionalism / panctuality / services room location since i was asking for a higher floor room!! however it seems to me remarks given for hotel at the time of reservation are not taken serious by hotels management hence i do suggest to delete above space / question from your reservation application since it is not the first hotel that remarks are neglected |

The bar on Thursday night was a nice divertissement and the room was very good, although a separate shower in the bathroom would be better. Service was excellent, as one would expect at a swiss hotel. Breakfast was only fair and you do not know how to make english tea properly. |

Gute Lage ,schöne Zimmer und Aussicht. Die Fensterverglasung entspricht nicht mehr dem heutigen Stand .Es war für ein 5 Sterne Haus viel zu laut. |

La situación. Las instalaciones no están adecuadas a los tiempos actuales ya que es un hotel muy antigüo y en general es pequeño en cuanto recepción y habitaciones justas. Por el precio y las estrellas que tiene hay de mejores. |
