This Swiss-Scottish run, cosy and relaxed hotel is located near the BLM train station in Mürren, with a splendid view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains.

The Eiger Guesthouse has ideal accommodation for families, individuals and small groups with modern comforts as well as wonderful views. The tourist office and the Alpine sports centre are just 200 metres away. Our guests enjoy free entrance to the 25-metre indoor pool (summer and winter) and the ice rink (winter only). Room information

The hotel offers 14 rooms on three floors. The first and second floors were completely renovated in 2007 and 2008. All renovated rooms have TV and Internet cable connection. On the third floor, which is not yet renovated, we offer budget rooms, each with a sink, plus shower/WC to share.

Area information

Sunny Mürren, the car-free resort in the Bernese Oberland, sits 1,650 metres (5,415 feet) above sea level in the Jungfrau region and is famous for its spectacular views of the Lauterbrunnen valley. The excellent climate permits a huge variety of outdoor activities year round. Whether it is winter sports, hiking or mountain biking, Mürren makes it possible.

Travel information

Mürren is a car-free resort and can be reached from Lauterbrunnen with the BLM train or from Stechelberg with the Schilthorn cable car; both stations have ample parking nearby. The Eiger Guesthouse lies opposite the small BLM train station.
