Hotel staff was friendly indeed. Swiss cuisine at the restaurant was great. Room was rather small and rustic with half Eiger-view. Belvedere vision on tv was monochrome which I don't know the reason why. |

Bath room was large and beautiful. Sauna was clean and very comfortable facilities.When asking for one night stay extension, it was very kind and it had very much corresponding to flexibility.staff were so excellent. we would like to go once again. if poss,about sauna room,please extend to operation hour until 23;00 |

Very friendly and efficient staff, beautiful location and an excellent buffet breakfast to set you up for a day's hiking in the mountains. It was a little pricy - but then we did not take advantage of the 'Selfness' facilities |

Friendly and courteous staff who thought of everything! Great breakfast as well. We travel constantly for both business and pleasure and this hotel was a lovely surprise that I would highly recommend and use again. |

Friendly, helpful staff, great location and view. The room was a bit small and sterile in decor, though the bed was very comfortable. The Memory Bistro had excellent food, but was very smoky. |

Hôtel situé au centre du village à quelques pas des principales installations (remontées mécaniques, train). Possibilité de détente avec un très joli Spa et fitness dans l'hôtel. Le restaurant en style "chalet" est très agréable pour le repas du soir. L'enseigne de l'hôtel n'est pas assez visible depuis la route. Il faut passer à plusieurs reprises pour la voir. Plusieurs clients ont fait la même constatation le même jour ! |

Ausblick auf Eigernordwand. Wir konnten keine Nacht in Ruhe durchschlafen. Von der Küche wurde mit dem Ventilator ein so grosser Lärm verursacht, dass keine Nachtruhe staffgefunden hat. |

街の中心に立地しており、どこに行くにも便利。スタッフは大変親切で心地よい。部屋（ツインに宿泊）はそこ- そこ広くて清潔。ただし、部屋自体や備品は新しくはなく、豪華さはない。レストランには日本語メニュー、日- 本食もあり。家族旅行には便利なホテル。 |
