Friendly, helpful staff, great location and view. The room was a bit small and sterile in decor, though the bed was very comfortable. The Memory Bistro had excellent food, but was very smoky. |

The rooms and facilities were great. Also their complimentary breakfast and snack. The comfort room was not worth the money. Also, the services during snack time could have been better. We ran our of hot water and cake. |

The staff were amazing and very friendly. Our room was upgraded as soon as we arrived so we got a room with a balcony with a great view. The room and the facilities are awesome. The price is very good for all of the things you get at this hotel (free internet, spa facilities, free coffee and cake). The beds were not comfortable (both my wife and I had a sore back). Once they left our room open all day after cleaning by mistake, but nothing was taken so I guess it was an honest mistake that did not affect us in the end. |

The wellness centre: sauna, steam, cold plunge and relaxation rooms were a perfect way of relaxing before the evening. Staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. It was a shame that the hotel's main restaurant was not open on Sunday evening but we imagine it was because we stayed between seasons. |

Everything was perfect! i had a free upgrade to one of the best rooms in the house with a spectacular breathtaking view of the mountains from my balcony, the weather was perfect, the facilities were excellent - the Spa Wellness centre was heaven! the food was superb, it was the most perfect relaxing break I have ever had! this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! superb weekend! |

In downtown, easy to find, near train station. Good view to mountain. Staff is nice and has service mind. no coffee/tea in the room. no free internet for guest. |

Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet with hot options (bacon and fried eggs available most days). Sauna suite was good with a lovely chill out room with candles, soft lighting, gentle music, rose petals and recliners (with individual reading lights). Half-board evening meals looked good, but I ate in the other hotel restaurants or elsewhere in town. Next time I will book half-board. Free internet in reception (for guests only, non-quests have to pay). Good central location: almost equal distance between Railway and the First Bahn. Excellent hotel / resort for both skiers and non-skiers. My single room was a bit small. Like most European hotels no tea / coffee making facilities but I knew this in advance and brought my own kettle along; free afternoon coffee and cake in the hotel made up for this a bit. |

Staff inparticular were friendly and so accommodating - I recommend this highly! Language skills were excellent and thanks to Hugo for the kindness shown to our Vegetarian in the restaurant! The Eiger felt like a family hotel and we felt welcomed as such - everyone should visit and look around especially the wellness centre - bliss!!! |

Das Frühstück Zimmer und Badezimmer nicht 4-Stern konform. Extrem langer Weg von Parkplatz zu Reception. Viele Treppen mit Gepäck mühsam zu bewältigen. Nicht gut angeschrieben. Verwirrlich. |
