The hotel was very clean and well appointed and from the hotel it was very easy to explore the city. The views were good and it was very quiet, even though so central. The breakfast was good and all the staff most helpful.

Services were as expected for a Swiss hotel at modest price. Breakfast was very nice; room was basic but comfortable. Free parking was convenient (right in front of the building). Location was good; I could walk to many sites easily. Free transit within the city good too.

Did not notice any control over ventilation in room; if temperatures were not modest maybe this would be an issue. But not a serious problem for this visit.

Nice location, comfortable room (2 rooms for 3 people with 2 beds and a canapé), free private parking, nice staff - highly recommend! :)

We loved everything about this hotel, we booked a room with a balcony which was just lovely, we had a view to the mountains. The room was extremely clean and well kept. Staff were great the lady in the breakfast room was very attentive! Breakfast was very nice with a basket of pastries, cereal, toast, yoghurt, fresh fruit and juice and cold meats. The bedding and pillows were the most comfortable I've had in a hotel for a long time. The hotel was in a quiet area close to the station it was situated about. 20 minute walk to the lake front and 5 minutes to the shopping area. Being a family owned hotel everything is just as it should be.

Tea making facilities are the only thing lacking, though not a big deal.

I have only one word for this hotel - wonderful! We are attentive to services and capricious, here we booked two rooms, double and single, but here we have nothing to complain about. Extremely nice staff at reception and restaurant, the best breakfast from what we ever had in Switzerland, very convenient place, nice very clean room, wide parking near the hotel (enough place for our big car), restaurants and shops near the hotel. We added this hotel to "favorites" and would recommend it to everyone without any doubts.

Sometimes Wi-Fi in single room was not so strong, but it is not essential - it worked all the same. :)

The very friendly staff at thr reception and in the breakfast room. Our room seemed to be completely renovated. We liked the big balcony, must be fun in the summer.

The bathtub is rather high. At the moment we have no problem there, but who knows, in a few years.....

Excellent location: a stone's throw to the central station, yet on a half-pedestrian private (?) street. Extremely quiet. Recently renovated.

The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Location was perfect - close to the train and located in the middle of the city.

Room was small but laid out well. The price was high but it met all my other requirements.

The location closed to the station is excellent, but not only that, all staffs were warm and friendly, willing to assist their guests. I stayed at two beds room with my older child, and the room had a great space. I really love the bathroom was located in the back of bed room going through a door and a short hallway space. I also appreciated that they gave us free tickets of metro and bus dated from check-in and check-out date. Breakfast was excellent in the cozy nice room. Check-out time at 12:00 noon is also wonderful for me. I will stay this hotel again!

The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The staff is friendly and courteous. The hotel is very quiet and extremely well suited close to city center and station. I like the bus ticket which means one can go anywhere without fighting with change and vending machines. A nice touch.

For the price I pay I would like Internet available as part of the package. For us Elite is expensive as are most good Swiss hotels. I would like to have the choice to have breakfast or not as someday we do not need it. It would also make hotel more affordable.

The staff was very helpful ,and the location of the hotel wasgreat for city sight seeing on a very quiet street. .The breakfast was good and the room was very spacious tidy and clean.

It would not hurt to have a small kettle to make some tea in the room.
