Lack of parking and difficult to find. Smallest bathroom I can remember seeing almost impossible to use if the door was shut. Very basic room. Limited television none of stations according with the two menus provided, no programmes in English

I did not get the room I paid for: got a non-refurbished standard room instead of paying for a superior room

+Very friendly staff who were helpful to us travelling with a little baby, many hotels see babies as inconvenience but the staff here were very happy and helpful when we arrived with a baby. Comfortable room.

Only OJ available to drink at breakfast, not even any water, and served in those silly tiny glasses (which is true for all hotels).

The hotel was very expensive for what we got - 220 Swiss Francs for a three person room (husband/wife and child). The room was small, but worst of all it was loud from the street noise, hot (no A/C), and the hotel light was on for most of the night outside the hotel...bringing light in the room. Without air conditioning, we were forced to keep the windows open to get some air, which meant we heard everything on the street (many cars screeching around, people yelling, etc) and lots of light came in the room, both making it very difficult to sleep. The value, given all of that was terrible. I would never recommend it. I flet like we should have gotten a partial refund, but no one was available at the front desk when we checked out in the morning.

The staff is kind and close to a station.

The Elite staff were friendly and very very helpful. We got a great room at short notice. The hotel is close to the main station and bus station. Breakfasts provided a great deal of choice, even including apple pie and fruit salad!

Gutes kleines Hotel im Zentrum, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Restaurant.

Obwohl wir informiert wurden, dass es bis 10.00 Uhr Frühstück geben würde, war das Buffet um 9.30 Uhr praktisch leer. Mehr Essen wurde trotz Nachfrage nur spärlich oder gar nicht aufgefüllt (Milch, Fruchsalat, gekochtes Ei).

3 Gratisparkplätze hinter dem Hotel

Samstag und Sonntag ab 18.30 Uhr Restaurant geschlossen. Sollte in der Hotelbeschreibung vermerkt sein.

Das Restaurant war sehr nett eingerichtet.

Das Bad war etwas sehr klein.

Erg vriendelijk, was vroeg gearriveerd en kreeg de mogelijkheid om erg vroeg in te checken

had een kamer zonder balkon en volgens mij was dat de enige kamer zonder balkon

Le calme, Le confort des lits de la chambre 21 et la spacieuse salle de bains.

Morgenessen lässt zu wünschen übrig. Fleisch und Käse wurde bereits am Vortag geschnitten und in den Kühler gestellt.

La situation géographique et la possibilité de parquer la voiture.

J'ai apprécié la qualité du personnel, très compétent et sympathique. J'ai également apprécié la situation géographique de l’hôtel. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est de très bonne qualité.

La décoration des chambres est vraiment à revoir car elle ne correspond pas au prix payé pour la nuit.

Hotel nullissime où le personnel apres 9h00 est aux abonnés absents je suis resté comme un con dehors dans le froid pour finir je me suis tiré vive le tourisme en suisse= cher, antipathique, et ennuyeux préférez une autre destination où les gens n'ont pas avaler un balai.

La situation de l'hôtel est vraiment chouette au centre ville.

Le bruit. On entend beaucoup le couloir.
