Spacious confortable room and friendly staff.

Every facility (well, most) was at your disposal to help with comfortable short stay.

No prior mention was made on your site excluding use of locked kitchen, which was apparently not included in deal. Gave bad impression that somewhere was off-limits, without instructions for remedying. Found 3 small glass particles on floor in various places, and drawn to apologetic staff at check-out.

No after hours concierge or duty staff They don't have a smart card system but give you two keys in a leather pouch which look like something which you would use to open a bank vault. These keys are used to open the lift the suite door and surprisingly the safety deposit box。The problem was that I got back from a shopping trip after 9 pm and couldn't get the suite door to open。went downstairs but no concierge and then no afterhours no to call。after the 10th time trying using the key the door finally opened。 The suite was big and felt a bit spooky particularly as I had only checked in at 8 30 pm didn't have a chance to see the suite in daytime state. After the door opening episode I wasn't in the best mood an the suite just felt too big (100 sq metres) There were wardrrobes that didn't open and 2 doors which couldn't be opened and led to god knows where Ended up sleeping with the lights on

The size of the suite was very big, and in general it offered almost everything I needed. Location was also quite nice, very near the center with an excellent view from one of the windows.

I was somehow given a smoking room, which was not acknowledged by the staff, but the smell was obvious. It was also stated on the of the labels in the kitchen that kitchen use is not included in the rate, which I found quite ridiculous. A lot of bathroom amenities (like hair conditioner for example) were not placed in the bathroom and I was invited to request what I need from the staff - it seemed like an inconvenience. There were also not enough towels in the room, and the bed could have been much more comfortable and bigger.

Just about two tram stations away from the Zurich main stations or about 10 mins walk, EMA house offered me a convenient, clean, tidy and quite environment to stay. The staff there are very helpful to offer their service and help solving problem.

Very nice breakfast delivered to our room. Large room.

Hotel located within walking distance from railway station but in the hillside, pretty steep walk with suitcases - recommend tram. High price.

Staff gave us a free upgrade to deluxe suite...which was huge and included a great view. Nice bathroom. Breakfast delivered to the room was convenient, although not a very filling breakfast. We were able to do laundry free of charge and check out vhs tapes. Good location and not far from main train station.

Rooms werent that comfortable, appeared to be more of a place to stay on business rather than leisure. Not great value for money even including the free upgrade. This is probably because everything in zurich is ridiculously overpriced and insanely expensive. Also no free wi fi.

bathrooms and space

Aoverall the furnisher was rotten and filthy, especially the armchairs were wobbly, torn and dirty not even possible to touch, TV was from 50's, living area windows were small, and interior decoration in the presidential suit was mish&match, felt like somebody's trash has become their treasure in all rooms. Matresses were seperate in one bed, pillows were cheap looking and very thin. Just next to a water barrier and highways on both sides, when we wanted to get fresh air it was noisy no escape. Overall it is not worth the money.

Ausfahrt Garage. Mann kann nur nach rechts abbiegen, was verkehrstechnisch ungünstig ist.

Sehr gutes Frühstück am Zimmer, gute Auswahl. Appartment sehr geräumig.

Möbel könnten erneuert werden, ist alles etwas abgewohnt.

Le Confort de la Suite , très grande En face du Tram pour aller en Centre Ville en Qqs minutes

La Clim' ne fait pas de Froid , car "dépend de Sonde Extérieure " Il fait quand même 25° ds la Suite , obligé de faire des Courants d'air pour raffraîchir !!!

Le confort de l'appartement

Quelques détails à revoir : rideau défait, lampadaire ne fonctionnant pas, matériel de cuisine non accessible.

Sehr gute Lage nahe Bahnhof und Zentrum Hervorragendes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis Platz wie in einer Wohnung bei Preisen wie für Standard-Zimmer in anderen Hotels Modernste TV/DVD Anlage Schalldichte Fenster Sehr zuvorkommende Bedienung und Service Reichhaltiges Frühstück im Appartement

Bis auf die etwas geräuschvolle Heizung alles wirklich super. Gerne wieder.

Equipe despreparada, não tem tradutores para lhe atender em nossa língua e limpeza muito confusa sem freqüência.

Всё! Неназойливый персонал - ощущение, что ты один в загородном доме. Тихо, чисто, завтрак в номер (в удобное время), близко к центру, не суетливо, комфортно!

Sehr freundliches Personal

Die Schränke der Suite waren fast alle verschlossen, so dass wir nicht mal an Teller und Besteck kamen. Die Lüftung im Bad funktionierte leider nicht!

Das Zimmer war sehr gross und ziemlich ruhig. Sehr empfehlenswert. Super Lage mitten in Zürich.

Heizung ist nicht mehr ganz neu. Der Fernseher könnte gelegentlich durch ein aktuelles Modell ersetzt werden.
