The services and the restaurant(breakfast and bar) were excellent. It was situated at a good stating point for excursions in the city |

The room was clean and quiet. The entrance hall of the hotel and the breakfast room are newly renovated and nice. The room, however, was quite old-fashioned and not very nicely furnished; it needs to be renovated as well. The hotel is too expensive for what you get. |

New facility, clean, basic. Good for those who want to visit the area at a low cost for accommodation. Restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent. Location is perfect for city center and lake. |

Location to city of Murten and Bern, cleanliness, ability to sleep four comfortably. My two children each had a bed. Breakfast was average. |

Staff very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was straightforward and the rooms were clean and functional. For me it was ideally placed and the right price. My room was over the fans above the kitchen which meant I had to wear earplugs to sleep but background noise from air conditioning and other electrical equipment seems to be a common problem in most modern hotels I stay in so ear plugs have become a travel necessity. |

The village of Murten is beautiful and romantic. The hotel has nice facilities and is very close to the center of the town. |

Everything is fine. Large room for 4 people, small living area inside the room in an upper level, very clean. The village Murten it self with the castle and the lake, was a fantastic surprise for us to. |

My children really liked the flat screen television! I liked the bathroom as it had two sinks, and the quietness of the hotel. The surrounding area was lovely - we plan to visit again! In the family room, it would be more practical if there were a barrier/screen between the parent's bed & the children's beds. It was difficult for my 8 yr old to get to sleep when we had the television on. |

The cleaness of the room and politeness of the staff I had difficulties to sleep since there was a loud sound coming from a party at a ballroom that belongs to the hotel. |

L'hôtel Murten est bien situé, l'accueil est agréable et la chambre grande et jolie. Les chambre ne sont pas très bien insonorisées et le service au restaurant n'était pas très professionnel |

Hotel liegt zentral, modern und es war in Ordnung. Das Bad, Dusche und WC war nicht sehr sauber und winzig klein. Siehe oben, würden aber trotzdem wieder einmal hinfahren. Das Hotel soolte die Duschen und WC kontrollieren |

Uitstekend hotel, vriendelijk personeel, Lekker gegeten, grote keuze aan wijn en overige drank 1 minpuntje. achter het hotel is een school waar je kinderen hoort spelen als je door de week uit wil slapen. |
