Uitstekend hotel, vriendelijk personeel, Lekker gegeten, grote keuze aan wijn en overige drank 1 minpuntje. achter het hotel is een school waar je kinderen hoort spelen als je door de week uit wil slapen. |

Prima hotel, dicht tegen het oude middeleeuwse centrum van Murten gelegen; met het hotel verbonden was een gezellig grand café met terras. De ruime kamer had zeer gebrekkig daglicht en ook geen uitzicht. |

De ontvangst en dienstverlening was prima in orde. Kamers piekfijn in orde. Enig min puntje misschien, waren de vrij hoge consumptie prijzen.(wijn bij het avondmaal) voor de rest een aanrader! |

Voor ons was dit een etappehotel op weg naar Italie. Gelegen aan de rand van zeer mooi middeleeuws stadje Murten. Restaurant had een zeer goede keuken - wel tamelijk duur (vermoedelijk op basis van zwitserse normen). Badkamer : superklein zodat men zich met moeite kon bewegen maar wel zeer net. Geen hotel om langer dan één of twee nachten te verblijven. |

Prima hotel in het leuke plaatsje Murten. Vooral ideaal als overnachting als je op doorreis bent en toch een leuke accomodatie wil hebben. Het onbijt was ruim maar van wat matige kwaliteit. |

de kamer en het goed verzorgde ontbijt. de herrie in de nacht van zaterdag op zondag.Er was een disco in het hotel en die hoorde je goed. Het duurde tot 3 uur in de nacht en dat vond ik erg lang |

The location is beautiful in the picturesque small town of Murten, very convenient for the old town and the lake. The beds would benefit from additional pillows. Since all the tv channels are French/German/Italian language, a dvd player in the room would have been welcome. |

Nice wine shop, the individual had very good customer service skills. The hotel could accommdate a family of four. We were unable to order roomservice. The Hotel has a resturant but could not accommdate us. We have children and after driving all day the children did not want to leave our hotel room |

The room was clean and quiet. The entrance hall of the hotel and the breakfast room are newly renovated and nice. The room, however, was quite old-fashioned and not very nicely furnished; it needs to be renovated as well. The hotel is too expensive for what you get. |

New facility, clean, basic. Good for those who want to visit the area at a low cost for accommodation. Restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent. Location is perfect for city center and lake. |

Staff very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was straightforward and the rooms were clean and functional. For me it was ideally placed and the right price. My room was over the fans above the kitchen which meant I had to wear earplugs to sleep but background noise from air conditioning and other electrical equipment seems to be a common problem in most modern hotels I stay in so ear plugs have become a travel necessity. |

Everything is fine. Large room for 4 people, small living area inside the room in an upper level, very clean. The village Murten it self with the castle and the lake, was a fantastic surprise for us to. |

My children really liked the flat screen television! I liked the bathroom as it had two sinks, and the quietness of the hotel. The surrounding area was lovely - we plan to visit again! In the family room, it would be more practical if there were a barrier/screen between the parent's bed & the children's beds. It was difficult for my 8 yr old to get to sleep when we had the television on. |
