The location is beautiful in the picturesque small town of Murten, very convenient for the old town and the lake. The beds would benefit from additional pillows. Since all the tv channels are French/German/Italian language, a dvd player in the room would have been welcome. |

Nice wine shop, the individual had very good customer service skills. The hotel could accommdate a family of four. We were unable to order roomservice. The Hotel has a resturant but could not accommdate us. We have children and after driving all day the children did not want to leave our hotel room |

The room was clean and quiet. The entrance hall of the hotel and the breakfast room are newly renovated and nice. The room, however, was quite old-fashioned and not very nicely furnished; it needs to be renovated as well. The hotel is too expensive for what you get. |

New facility, clean, basic. Good for those who want to visit the area at a low cost for accommodation. Restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent. Location is perfect for city center and lake. |

Location to city of Murten and Bern, cleanliness, ability to sleep four comfortably. My two children each had a bed. Breakfast was average. |

Staff very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was straightforward and the rooms were clean and functional. For me it was ideally placed and the right price. My room was over the fans above the kitchen which meant I had to wear earplugs to sleep but background noise from air conditioning and other electrical equipment seems to be a common problem in most modern hotels I stay in so ear plugs have become a travel necessity. |

Everything is fine. Large room for 4 people, small living area inside the room in an upper level, very clean. The village Murten it self with the castle and the lake, was a fantastic surprise for us to. |

My children really liked the flat screen television! I liked the bathroom as it had two sinks, and the quietness of the hotel. The surrounding area was lovely - we plan to visit again! In the family room, it would be more practical if there were a barrier/screen between the parent's bed & the children's beds. It was difficult for my 8 yr old to get to sleep when we had the television on. |

The cleaness of the room and politeness of the staff I had difficulties to sleep since there was a loud sound coming from a party at a ballroom that belongs to the hotel. |

Sa situation, à quelques minutes de l'autouroute et très proche des fortifications de la ville. Qualité également du restaurant, espace vins, etc. Le déjeuner était agréable. L'extrême petitesse de la salle de bain (3m carrés?) qui rend le confort en chambre très contestable. Pendant notre petit déjeuner, l'aspirateur est passé dans la même salle. |

la situation géographique de l'hôtel: à deux pas du centre ville et du lac. De plus, le restaurant de l'hotel était excellent ainsi que la partie bar/disco. la salle de bain dans la chambre était trop petite... et la peinture s'éffritait partout... |

le calme et le confort extrêmes des chambres, le petit déjeuner excellent avec un café goûteux, des yaourths, des fromages typiques sans oublier la distance proche du centre médiéval de Murten. |

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très acceuillant. On s'y sent à l'aise. L'hôtel est très bien situé prés du petit centre ville et le lac qui sont magnifiques. Un jour c'est trop peu pour découvrir les alentours. Nous revriendrons! |

Das Hotel ist eigendlich ganz schön, nur in den Zimmern dürften sie etwa unternehmen, die sind zurück geblieben gegenüber vom Rest des Hotels. Das die Mitarbeiter ruhtig durchs Restaurant laufen und nicht rennen, ist sehr störend wenn man beim Frühstück sitzt und ein Mitarbeiter etwa 3mal durchs Restaurant rennt. |
