FRont desk was especially helpful. Food and service was first class. Try the roast veal with rosti potatoes. You wont be sorry. |

I visited the hotel about 20 years ago . I stood with 2 of my children , we got a high floor and had a panorama over a part of Zurich . I liked the hotel because it is first-class situated in quiet vicinity, it is easy to reach bahnhof street ,and have shilcity near the hotel. I think 20chf for parking is a lot of money,usully you use the parkplatz only over night. parking=expensive. elevator (from 0 to1 ) too lazy |

The sheltered open air restaurant with lemon and orange trees and a delightful fountain. Super place for relaxed breakfast and dinner. Nice relaxed ambiance. An easy tram ride to the centre. The rate we paid for a Fri and Sat stay was very reasonable for such a hotel in Zurich. No problem but be aware that you can control the electronic shutters outside the windows - a slight suprise when they started up on entry. |

Comfortable, convenient, excellent breakfast eaten outside by the fountain. Very helpfull staff. English tv and wireless internet. Everything we needed plus a green area outside our room. |

well orgnaised, quiet, good bathroom and bed, good staff, decent breakfast, good location (15 minute walk to Bahnhofstrasse). the single room is small. Price of room is high, but that is true for all hotels in the large Swiss cities. |

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. I also liked the fact that there was a real coffee machine in the room, and not just a hot water pot with instant coffee. The air conditioning wasn't quite what I had expected, and I could not get the room cool enough at night, so I didn't sleep well for a couple of days. But then the weather changed and was cooler, so it was bearable with the window open. But everything else about the hotel was incredibly wonderful!!! |

Das Hotel liegt zentral. Man hat Möglichkeiten mit der Straßenbahn oder auch zu Fuß in die Stadt, an den See usw. zu gelangen. Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen. |

Ruime kamer met veel faciliteiten waaronder free internet en een zeer wel uitgedacht klimaatbeheersingssysteem. 1 van de eerste hotelkamers die, met hoge buitentemperaturen, niet te warm was om lekker te slapen. |

Het is een fijn hotel, ik kende het reeds van in 2006, toen verbleef ik daar ook eens, ligt vlak bij de Zuricher Zee, ook de Bahnhoverstrasse is wereldberoemd. Ik had een "special offer Room", double room eenpersoonsgebruik, ik kreeg echter een klein eenpersoonskamertje onder het dak,was wel piekfijn.Ik heb de gastenbeoordelingen op voorhand niet gelezen. |

Per una delle camere, la 215, il servizio e la silenziosità è stata più che sufficiente. La camera 111 è stata data come "non fumatori" e invece era camera fumatori. Questo non è certamente in linea con la famosa hotellerie svizzera. |

gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstücksbüfett der versprochene (und bezahlte!) "Bergblick" durch Bäume und Sträucher zugewachsen, wenig einladender Balkon |

Große, schöne Zimmer, äußerst ruhig. Servicepersonal beim guten Frühstückbuffet sehr freundlich. Der ein oder andere an der Rezeption könnte ein wenig freundlicher und kundenorientierter auftreten. |

いわゆる「高級ビジネスホテル」という印象を受けた。建物は新しくてきれい。レストランの雰囲気が良い。フ- ロントスタッフの対応は良い方であるが、ちょっとした申し出に対しては嫌がる態度が見られ残念。宿泊費が高- い観光地ではあるが、もう少し安い価格が適正と感じた。 バスタブは浅く、シャワー室は狭い。場所の宣伝表現があいまいで、誤解を招く。チューリッヒ中央駅からトラ- ム＋徒歩で１５～２０分かかり、タクシー利用の場合は約２５CHFの距離にあり、住宅街の一角に位置する。- Enge駅からならば「徒歩１０分」で良いが・・・。逆に利用時にはこの点をふまえないと後悔も。 |
