Clean, confort, silence, the hotel is very beautiful. Breakfast is amazing. Is not the chepeast hotel, but you get what you pay.
Nothing to point
Qualified hotel staff, teasty breakfasts, amazing bed
Very central, but still quite Friendly reception Good breakfast Especially likes the cigar lounge
Beds are very, very hard Extra fee for open parking in front of hotel on the road
Very nice and clean hotel, helpful staff, good location
No gym or swimming pool
Excellent room, friendly and helpful staff. Good location - easy access to town and lake (2 - 3 tram stops or a 15 min walk) Nice restaurant
Wifi was a tad weak in the room
towel was dirty and the shower tray was blocked
I had a great balcony. the breakfast was good. It was near a tram line and a canal The area was quiet. The room was a good size for one person.
There was no top sheet on the bed, just a duvet that was too warm for the season. The staff didn't understand what a top sheet was and it took two days to get a flat sheet (that I had to put on the bed myself). I guess that you are expected to use the air conditioning even when the weather is nice to make the room cold enough for the duvet. The hotel's air conditioning made a constant background noise in the quiet neighbourhood. The hotel was too far from the centre given the high price of the rooms. I'd much rather have wooden floors rather than carpet.
Modern confort, no noise!
Silent rooms Very clean Reception personal is very friendly Garden Tennis court in the garden Comfortable beds
During the week, the breakfast ends to early (10:00) for a hotel that is not full of business men. If you arrive at 10:00 to have breakfast, forget it.
Location and staff
poorly furnished room, had to be asked to move to a better room, more 3 star than 4 star hotel
I liked the balcony. and the quiet peace.
It is very good hotel with good location in the city. Clean and spacious rooms.
Parking is sometimes difficult though they have private parking cost €20 per night. You are not able to find space to park if there are many guests attending a party for a night at the restaurant. Also the wifi is very weak and gets interrupted so often.
Staff not friendly Breakfast is poor Location not good Old furniture
very very good!!!!!!!!! the breakfast is good !!everything is good!!!
They upgraded my room to suite. It was nice move.
Good installations, nice neighborhood, pleasant indoor/outdoor restaurant for breakfast and dinner.
a little bit far from the old city, backyards rooms are close to a freeway, so noisy
I booked a standard double room for the first two nights and one business single room on the third night since there was no more double room in the website ! When checking in ,I told them the situation and requested that I didn't want to change room. They told me they couldn't guarantee at that moment, would inform me later ! Two days later , my room was locked and they told me I had to pay extra for staying in the same room and the charge is equivalent to a superior room as the room that I had occupied in the last two days was a superior room ! The lady in the reception said rudely that they had already upgraded my room free of charge in the last 2 days ! How come ! I didn't request for an upgrade and even didn't know my room was upgraded ! I just told them I didn't want to change room ! they didn't seek my consent or not even inform me of the upgrade and now if I didn't want to change room , I was forced to pay for a superior room instead of a standard double room !! And most importantly , all my stuff was still locked in the room !! If I returned very late at night , what would happen ? I would be forced to pack all the things and move to another room late at night !
Location Cleaneliness Facilities Breakfast Parking
We could nou book the tennis court on Sunday. Club members were expected nevertheless they did not show up. A simple call to them to check would of been a solution.
Every thing is very good
The internet is signal is very poor
Garden courtyard for breakfast and dinner Easy walk to tram to get into town Staff being so helpful - printing off emails at no charge etc Good breakfast - we had dinner on two nights and very good
The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely outdoor garden terrace where you can enjoy breakfast. The tram stop is just around the corner and the city centre just a few minutes away. We would stay there again.
Limited chosses in the breakfast buffet. Aircondition system poor
the food is the best. the staff in this hotel is willing to helpful , and give us good suggestion that taking the pubic transportation rather than driving considering the high parking fee in the city center. the room is elegantly decorated. the small garden for dinner is romantic.
The location, space of the room.
The parking is not free
I loved the peaceful place where the hotel is located as well as the helpful information of the staff(specially the lady who had visited malaga- I don´t know her name, sorry!) when I needed it.it´s very comfortable,i´d add, to exchange curreency at the hotel instead of going to a bank. The buffet was fantastic. The tram stop was nearby ... in short,i´ll go to the same hotel in case I return again.
The hotel was fantastic but the day I arrived I asked a tram driver which tram number I had to get on to go to enge.we were near the central train station. He asked me if I spoke german ( I understood the german question cause I studied german for a short period of time) and I said ´no´ so he said that in that case "NO INFORMATION" and he left.by the way,he was driving just number 13 to enge.it was 18th july at 1.15pm. What a rude person when a lot of swiss people depend on tourism to live!
