L'Epsom Manotel està situat a poca distància a peu de la riba del llac a Ginebra. Ofereix un disseny elegant i modern tant al vestíbul com a les habitacions, totalment equipades, i les instal·lacions per a conferències. El restaurant Portobello & Co té un sostre de vidre i un porxo assolellat i ofereix una cuina exquisida. L'Epsom Manotel disposa d'un gimnàs, d'accés gratuït. There was no heating in the room at all time. We had to sleep with our clothes on. When we complained to the staff, it seemed that everybody was aware of the problem. The temperature in the city was round 4 C.

Good business hotel. Comfortable. Suitable location. Breakfast is rubbish. 30 francs for buffet with cold powder based scrambled eggs. Yuk. After 1st day ate breakfast elsewhere.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room clean and in good order. Bbc 1&2 available...plus a good range of international channels. Parking was chf40 per day and we were charged a further chf8 per day 'Police Charge' that we were not expecting. Overall cost being over chf200 for four days and we would appreciate it if you could recover this for us and they did not provided a car cleaning service! Extortionate! The airconditioning system was turned off (policy of the hotel) and the room was incredibly hot. We had to ask for a fan and have the windows unlocked before we could fully open them....actually only one window could be opened as the other was permanently sealed. The price of breakfast was extortionate! Chf 30 per person per day!! We paid for a superior view of the lake that proved to be a side view overlooking many roofs before seeing the distant view of the water. Definitely not worth the extra cost! Overall, there are many many four **** hotels that offer a better quality service in our experience. Anything you could do to obtain some compensation for us would be much appreciated.

Very Clean, Room space was OK. Helpful Staff the location is a bit far to city centre.although the train station looks like a short walk but it costs 15 chf to catch a cab. We decided to visit the UN on the eve of the day we arrived. since we were in a hurry we tried to hide our valuables in the room. to our surprise when we returned all of them where on the bed. nothing was missing but it was really weird to see our hidden stuff on the bed.

The Hotel is located in a walking distance to geneva downtonw, a free transport public cars was offerred upon arrival fro free. There is no concierege on this hoitel and the staff of the front desk is not helpfull to indicate restaurants and etc. the room was always well cleaned and the atmosphere is very cosy as well. It is definitively a nice hotel. I do recommend

We stayed in the connecting rooms on the 7th floor. Excellent size of the rooms, good bathrooms, lots of space, comfortable. Very suitable for a family with kids. Staff is very helpful. Good breakfast (albeit not included in the rate). Good gym Restaurant for dinner could have a few child friendly options
