Quick&easy registration, friendly staff, all necessary qualities to be strong 4*. We booked a room with the lake view. It was slight “lake view” through the roofs of nearest commercial buildings. |

Location and style the discounted rate seems to apply to all the rooms next to the elevator, this cynical practice was evident when both the rooms we booked were next to the lift on different floors. |

Rooms very good value/Very good facilities and very efficent multilingual staff who without exception were very helpful and professionally efficent. We had ajoining rooms and in one of them the heating was not working properly. The other room was fine |

Staff was incredibly helpful; very modern and updated hotel with pleasing restaurant and bar. Nice large rooms, comfortable beds and all of the amenities. We had a great experience there. While close to the Lake, it is a hike into Centre Ville. This is not a disadvantage as much as an alert to those who might want to be in a more central location. |

Close to the lake and the hotel group has nice restaurants in walking distance. Initial charge included breakfast even we did not request to have it, but it was excluded when cheking out. |

excellent hotel, a real 4 international star, excellent breakfast, excellent service - air conditioning is very noisy but you can stop it too. Location is perfect for wandering on "les quais du rhone" and the nearby parks. Room real value is 300 CHF range , no more ==> OK as i paid 280 with breakfast (but list price says 600 CHF). Overall a good bargain (see comments below on restaurant) We have tried the restaurant : Portobello - excellent food and quite cheap but i was suprised by the waiters and the comments we could hear from the kitchen : not in lline with the rest. Also some cups were partially broken , some plates too. Strange isn't ? But once again , i was pleasantly suyprised by the price |

The staff at the reception was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and curteous. The desk was staffed 24 hrs. Each service item I required was attended to immediately (i.e. calling a taxi; getting medical service; answering questions). The hotel and my room were very clean, very nicely furnished (modern contemporary). The hotel offers free internet service. There were no errors in the booking and check-in and check-out were speedily conducted. I made use of the valet service and the bell boy to assist with the luggage. Again, the service was excellent. Each time one requires the car, the bell boy will bring it and park it again. Relative to the overall prices in Geneva, this hotel is an excellent deal. |
