Location is next to the Metro. Hotel also give u transportation tickets for free during your stay (Bus and metro) which really saved a lot of money. Staff were also very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean, spacious, and in good status. Although the WiFi was free .. but it was useless as it was very very slow and keep disconnecting. |

Very good breakfast, friendly and polite staff, good room amenities - truly a 4 star hotel. Not a very nice street, but location close to the lake and public transport. If the rate is good, I recommend it - unfortunately during the week it is mostly too expensive. We stayed during the weekend though when the rates were much lower. Also, breakfast was at 50% off (and not the usual 30 CHF). No big complaints. Very small remarks: room furniture looked a bit old but was somewhat reconditioned, and air conditioning was a bit loud. |

Good hotel in the most correct and quiet place to stay in Geneva.Very close to the lake, excellent restaurant and staff. The bathroom sink could not abssorbe the water ! The room cleaner should know this and fix it on time, so the customer should not face the problem. |

only stayed one night but found the hotel very comfortable My room was next to the lift and being on my own I didn't like it too much but I was late arriving so did not ask to change rooms. It was not noisy, only from outside. |

Pleasant service from everyone, comfortable stay and good food. They had to move us on our 3 day stay out of 4 due to technical repair in room required. But they moved us to a lower floor room, we lost our complimentry wine and water and goodies and we did not get the bathrobes that original room has. |

The reception staff were very helpful and very pleasant. The room facilities were good (we had a little kitchinette) and the hotel bar had a very relaxing atmoshere, especially after a long days walking around. We did not eat in the restaurant but had two very good meals in the bar which were of exceptional quality for bar food. Would have been better if breakfast was included - the 30chf per person in addition to the cost of the 2 rooms was a no go for our family of 4 |
