nice boutique hôtel, great design , fantastic rooms

neighborhood does not look very safe as red light district is nearby

The decoration is awesome, the location is very good (only 10 or 15 minutes walking from the train station), also very quiet at night so I had a nice sleep. The staff was excellent, perfect and high professionalism. I had dinner at the restaurant and the food was really good. Was a great stay.I recommend for sure.

The bathroom doors and windows were see through, so you can see exactly what the person in the bathroom is doing.

-The hotel is beautiful. The furniture, artwork in the lobby, restaurant and sitting areas is fantastic. -Food is very good. I ate breakfast at the hotel, and the buffet did not disappoint. -Staff is top notch. I received a free upgrade on arrival, and every request was met with a warm response and a genuine interest in helping me.

-This hotel is near the red light district in Geneva, so it's not the best choice for families. For what it's worth, I didn't run into any problems walking around the neighborhood (everyone I ran into was very polite, even if they were offering me drugs). Adults traveling without kids won't have to worry about this. -Tried to get room service at 3 AM. The kitchen is 24 hours, but they were closed for maintenance when I called. A minor inconvenience. -Metro station is a ten minute walk. Another minor inconvenience, but if you're going to use the metro a lot during your stay in Geneva, there are hotels closer to the tracks.

generally speaking - I expect more from a 4 star hotel and for £200/night overall too noisy - the business center is not a business center and is right in the middle of the restaurant - music from the restaurant can be heard in the rooms...

That everything was new; some of the art and deco.

The piped techno music spoilt both our dinner and breakfast. The "sculpture"/ decoration outside the front door is awful - trashy hobby course-ish.

They don't provide iron to the room. The special ironing room is situated not conveniently, to reach it you need to cross nearly all the hotel

Very modern and unique yet warm and inviting. Spacious rooms. Great fitness room. Very close to the lake.

Bar and restaurant staff excellent, especially Pierre. Food (dinner) was excellent. Love the funky design of rooms and public spaces. Nice to have free bottled water upon arrival.

Parking is a bit expensive.

The recent refurbishment of the whole hotel is really well done : its light, trendy and quite tastefull..only the " girafe" carpet is - for me- a bit disappointing... But 9/10 for this renovation who attracts obviously a younger crowd. In " boring " Geneva its not to underestimate..

Hotel design, being renovated recently gives a fresh context and modern look that will make you comfortable. Cleaning the room on a regular basis is a plus. Location is good, however we realized that royal manotel has a better location and tram stop is right in front of it. Unlike N'vy which you need to walk 5 minutes until you reach to the "butini" tram stop.

You do not have to walk in backstreets as you will not be safe from people staring at you and making all attempts to sneak into your pocket and takes your purse/wallet away especially at late night. Instead, it is more safer to use the main street. This is what really makes Geneva's experience heartbroken! It happened to me but managed to get my purse back and the next day saw family being sneaked calling for Police intervention. Most of restaurants will also warn you to avoid some streets so be careful please.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. It is a very modern hotel with a great atmosphere throughout the whole place. Fun rooms with mood lights and colourful interiors.

The bar and resturant were very expensive.

Unfortunately the sound insulation is extremly low-quality. We were not able to sleep properly due to disturbing noise from the street and inside the hotel. Due to this I cannot recommend the hotel to others.

The Hotel had recently undergone a $12million $$ renovation and was new and modern. The rooms was quite clean and had some user friendly touches, international ac plugs, mood lighting, free wifi, Hdmi and PC connection to TV. It was a pleasant surprise and very was cost effective.

The breakfast buffet could have been a bit more substantial by offering eggs made to order, or the chance to order additional food off a menu vs. only the buffet offerings.
