Отель хорошо расположен рядом с Женевской набережной и парком Монрепо. В номерах тихо. Номера новые, чистые. Очень вкусный завтрак. Но персонал бестолковый. Разбудили меня по ошибке в пять утра в субботу, потом повторно пришла служащая проверять номер в восемь утра. При отъезде перепутали количество завтраков - вписали мне в счет завтраки за двух человек вместо одного. А в целом нормально |

Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, очень хороший номер (с открытой верандой и раздельными туалетом и ванной). Тихо. До центра 4 остановки на трамвае - билеты предоставил отель. Улучшить разнообразие завтраков. |

Хороший отель. Приятная отделка и декор, уютный номер. Завтрак-буфет, обычный, цена немного завышена(30 франков), но в окрестностях отеля нет кафе, которые предлагают завтрак, так что выбирать не приходится. Рекомендуем туристам, приехавшим на 2-3 дня для прогулок по Женеве. В номерах необходим высокоскоростной интернет |

Close to the lake and the hotel group has nice restaurants in walking distance. Initial charge included breakfast even we did not request to have it, but it was excluded when cheking out. |

excellent hotel, a real 4 international star, excellent breakfast, excellent service - air conditioning is very noisy but you can stop it too. Location is perfect for wandering on "les quais du rhone" and the nearby parks. Room real value is 300 CHF range , no more ==> OK as i paid 280 with breakfast (but list price says 600 CHF). Overall a good bargain (see comments below on restaurant) We have tried the restaurant : Portobello - excellent food and quite cheap but i was suprised by the waiters and the comments we could hear from the kitchen : not in lline with the rest. Also some cups were partially broken , some plates too. Strange isn't ? But once again , i was pleasantly suyprised by the price |

The staff at the reception was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and curteous. The desk was staffed 24 hrs. Each service item I required was attended to immediately (i.e. calling a taxi; getting medical service; answering questions). The hotel and my room were very clean, very nicely furnished (modern contemporary). The hotel offers free internet service. There were no errors in the booking and check-in and check-out were speedily conducted. I made use of the valet service and the bell boy to assist with the luggage. Again, the service was excellent. Each time one requires the car, the bell boy will bring it and park it again. Relative to the overall prices in Geneva, this hotel is an excellent deal. |

Location is next to the Metro. Hotel also give u transportation tickets for free during your stay (Bus and metro) which really saved a lot of money. Staff were also very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean, spacious, and in good status. Although the WiFi was free .. but it was useless as it was very very slow and keep disconnecting. |

Very good breakfast, friendly and polite staff, good room amenities - truly a 4 star hotel. Not a very nice street, but location close to the lake and public transport. If the rate is good, I recommend it - unfortunately during the week it is mostly too expensive. We stayed during the weekend though when the rates were much lower. Also, breakfast was at 50% off (and not the usual 30 CHF). No big complaints. Very small remarks: room furniture looked a bit old but was somewhat reconditioned, and air conditioning was a bit loud. |

Good hotel in the most correct and quiet place to stay in Geneva.Very close to the lake, excellent restaurant and staff. The bathroom sink could not abssorbe the water ! The room cleaner should know this and fix it on time, so the customer should not face the problem. |

only stayed one night but found the hotel very comfortable My room was next to the lift and being on my own I didn't like it too much but I was late arriving so did not ask to change rooms. It was not noisy, only from outside. |
