Staff was incredibly helpful; very modern and updated hotel with pleasing restaurant and bar. Nice large rooms, comfortable beds and all of the amenities. We had a great experience there.

While close to the Lake, it is a hike into Centre Ville. This is not a disadvantage as much as an alert to those who might want to be in a more central location.

The staff at the reception was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and curteous. The desk was staffed 24 hrs. Each service item I required was attended to immediately (i.e. calling a taxi; getting medical service; answering questions). The hotel and my room were very clean, very nicely furnished (modern contemporary). The hotel offers free internet service. There were no errors in the booking and check-in and check-out were speedily conducted. I made use of the valet service and the bell boy to assist with the luggage. Again, the service was excellent. Each time one requires the car, the bell boy will bring it and park it again. Relative to the overall prices in Geneva, this hotel is an excellent deal.

Comfortable hotel and quiet yet close enough to shopping if necessary. Also very close to the lake if you want to stroll along there.

Location is next to the Metro. Hotel also give u transportation tickets for free during your stay (Bus and metro) which really saved a lot of money. Staff were also very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean, spacious, and in good status.

Although the WiFi was free .. but it was useless as it was very very slow and keep disconnecting.

Good hotel in the most correct and quiet place to stay in Geneva.Very close to the lake, excellent restaurant and staff.

The bathroom sink could not abssorbe the water ! The room cleaner should know this and fix it on time, so the customer should not face the problem.

only stayed one night but found the hotel very comfortable

My room was next to the lift and being on my own I didn't like it too much but I was late arriving so did not ask to change rooms. It was not noisy, only from outside.
